Fantastic food and service. Loved the school bus vibes, good music and views. There's definitely a wait, but it's really worth it.

Not sure what the hype is about. This place is incredibly disappointing. We waited 30 mins or so for food because we were in the next batch to be grilled, and all our burgers and fries were cold. For $80, not worth it. I wouldn 't eat here again.

This is the best meal I had in Seward. The burger price is higher than what I'm used to but it was delicious. I got Red's #1 with maple bacon, grilled ham, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, cheddar and swiss; contains all the ingredients I like. There was a bit of a wait but overall, I think it is worth it as I didn't have great experiences at other restaurants in Seward. I ordered a oreo shake and it was wonderful on a sunny day!

This restaurant featured a variety of fried options, like chicken, fries, and onion rings, as well as burgers, but not many vegetable choices. We had a great time dining in the bus, which was decorated with adorable animal footprints and information about local wildlife on the walls and ceiling. We ordered at the counter, and our food was brought to us when our number was called, resulting in minimal interaction with the staff.

Great burgers! An abundance of fries! And who doesn't love eating in an old school bus. They even have cards to play Uno while you wait for your food. Only drawback is there isn't a lot of seating. We were here after hiking Exit Glacier and it was raining. Thankfully we got two tables for the six of us in the bus. Otherwise might have been a little damp eating outside. This is the best burger I've had during my two summers here! The restaurant operates on a counter-order basis, and you can choose to dine outside or inside a repurposed school bus. It's quite comfortable and spacious, although the place tends to get busy, so I'd suggest planning ahead if you want to sit inside the bus. The burgers are generously sized and piled high with toppings. I tried the jalapeno burger, which was one of the spicier versions I've encountered—I’ve had my fair share of those! I definitely recommend ordering a milkshake, especially if you go for the jalapeno burger!

You can't beat Alaska's hospitality! The burgers were outstanding, and the fries that accompanied them were incredible. However, what really set Red's apart was their exceptional service. Initially, my group ordered three burgers, but we decided to switch one for a buffalo patty. When our food arrived, the staff promptly informed us that the burger was made with the original patty and offered to prepare another one with the buffalo patty. They didn’t just stop there; they also treated us to three mystery shakes, which were a delightful surprise and highly recommended! Overall, it was an amazing dining experience in the beautiful Seward, Alaska!

We really wanted to love this place. The bus is so awesome and quaint, the customer service was so good, all the reviews were spectacular and I loved the menu choices too! Unfortunately the quality just missed the mark. I ordered the Red's burger and was excited at the idea of eating warm ham and cheese with my burger. But the burger patty itself was just weird. It was thick and super dense and just had this texture like it wasn't a homemade patty. I mean maybe it is homemade it just didn't taste or feel that way. Plus, I got none of the ham flavor. My wife had the garlic burger expecting the burger to have like a garlic aioli spread or something. Nope, she literally had a whole entire layer... View menu
