"I had a really great burger with a double patty. The fried chicken patty was also quite good. Initially, I thought the burger buns seemed dry, but they turned out to be just fine. The cheese fries had a lot more cheese than fries, but the cheese was a bit too salty for my taste. The sweet potato fries were enjoyable. Both types of fries cost $4.25, which is reasonable. On Tuesdays, you can get a single patty combo for around $8. Adding cheese costs an extra $0.75 for the double burger and $0.65 for the chicken."

The food was delicious. This was my first try and I don't regret it. I had a veggie burger with fries and let's just say I will be back.

The food was incredible! It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I have no regrets at all. I ordered a veggie burger with fries, and I can honestly say that I’ll definitely be coming back.

The food is excellent, and the customer service is prompt and attentive, always ensuring my orders are accurate. However, I’m not a fan of take-out since the food is often prepared and packaged too early, leading to cold fries. On a brighter note, the restaurant is always well-maintained and clean.

The food is good, and the customer service is quick and attentive. They consistently get my orders right. However, I'm not a big fan of takeout here because the food is often ready and packaged before the expected time, which leaves the fries cold from sitting out. The restaurant is always clean, though. To compete in the upscale burger market, the thin, steak-and-shake style patties just don't make the cut. The overcooked, excessively dry patties had a flavor reminiscent of a dirty grill. I'm not sure how this place is still in business, especially after reading similar feedback from previous customers. Good luck to them!

To compete in the competitive burger scene, the thin, overcooked patties reminiscent of Steak and Shake simply don't measure up. They were so dry that they tasted as if they had been cooked on a dirty grill. It's difficult to comprehend how this place remains in business, especially considering my experience compared to earlier customers. Wishing them the best of luck!

Went in about 10-15 minutes before closing. Happy that they were actually still open. I feel like the University Avenue location always magically close early if they don?t have customers; However, the Newberry location was empty and they still served me. The two employees there were very nice. The food was good. Exactly what I needed. Will definitely frequent this location more? View menu

Nice staff, cool looking restaurant but definitely needs to be cleaner. The burgers was straight trash it is not a 1/4 LB it's a tasteless thin unseasoned beef patty all you taste is the condiments. The bun looks toasted but it's not, definitely not worth the price. The best part of order was the French fries but that's only if you put plenty of Cajon seasoning on it....... will not return

Quick stop before heading out on the road. Impossible burger in lettuce wrap with all sorts of fixings. Quick, delicious and friendly folk to talk to while I waited. Highly suggest their pepper sauce if you can handle spice. They cook with butter soask for an alternate if you are a true vegan eater or if you have an allergy. Love that they use paper bags. Hopefully they willmove from styrofoam containers soon. My fault for not bringing in my own!
