Very modern hotel! Their breakfasts were very yummy and they had lovely staff. But room service was very mediocre (no toilet paper replacement, hair not removed, maintenance requests not fulfilled)

Great experience. Luxury feel, big rooms, comfy beds, free parking on site. The best part is being so close to so many restaurants and shops! Only cons, bathroom is very small, and when the A/C turns on, it made a loud banging sound.Overall 9.5/10 stars would recommend staying here!

I had a lovely experience at this beautiful hotel. The lobby is open and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere. During my short stay, I appreciated the hot breakfast and found Hershey at the front desk to be very helpful during check-in. Absolutely amazing experience! The restaurant is very spacious and impeccably clean. It's also quite affordable, and I have to highlight the outstanding customer service. I was truly impressed with my visit and will definitely return. The view wasn’t my favorite, but honestly, if that’s my only complaint, it speaks volumes. Rooms: 5/5

As for the rooms, they were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job during my stay. There are plenty of shopping stores and restaurants nearby, all within a 5 to 10-minute drive from the hotel. I felt completely safe while I was there. The food was also quite good; I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

As a Marriott Gold member, I've stayed at several Renaissance hotels, so I know what to expect. Unfortunately, the Glenview location did not meet those expectations. The room was unclean, especially the couch, which was stained and dirty. There was also an unpleasant odor in the air. The staff were unhelpful in the evening; I had to call the front desk and wait for 20 minutes just to receive assistance in getting an extra blanket. I wouldn't recommend this location. View menu

I stayed here with my dog while our floors are being redone at home. On two separate occasions, I left the room with my dog so the housekeeping staff could clean. I informed the front desk both times about this, yet the rooms were never cleaned. Most recently, we were gone for three hours and there was still no attempt to clean the room. When I voiced my concerns at the front desk, I was told that in the future, I should contact the general manager to request cleaning. The level of service here is disappointingly low.

This is a beautiful hotel! The lobby on the second floor is really nice. You can see all the floors from it and there are trees that make it feel like you're sitting outside. It's a great place to sit down and do some work, call someone, or just to sit down for a snack! They also have a very nice bar off the main lobby and there is a secondary lobby as well. The staff are very nice and they were very helpful. I had a very positive experience while visiting this hotel and I would definitely recommend it! The area is gorgeous and it's in a very nice suburb which makes the stay that much nicer.

The lobby of the hotel was stunning and modern, offering plenty of space, especially in the family area where there was a pull-out couch and bed. Our room was equipped with a microwave and fridge, which was a nice convenience. However, the bathrooms felt outdated and were quite small. It appeared that they had simply added new artwork over the old wallpaper, which was stained and torn in places. The beds were decent, but if you're not a fan of feather pillows, it's best to bring your own. We had specifically requested a room without feather pillows, but when we checked in, we were informed that those pillows were located on the 7th floor.
