"I can't say enough amazing things about Thom's Bread! My daughter and her team traveled from NY to play in a Volleyball tournament over the holiday weekend i was already nervous of meals and the volume of players looking for food and i always like to find local places for lunch orders when possible. Scouring the internet i found Thom's Bread! What a gem! Not only did Thom and his team work with me to place the order over the phone and via email, but they also helped me consolidate orders upon pick up into individual child's orders (so i didn't have to try to match up to my order sheet which kid ordered what... . it was SO EASY price point right in line with anywhere else you might go only Thom's customer service and genuinely kind demeanor made this a favorite for us. we ordered sandwiches for the girls, plus a dessert The food was absolutely AMAZING! and plenty generous the sandwiches were big, rice krispy treats were huge which meant the girls had leftovers for snacks after their last match whey they were famished from playing VB! MANY parents ordered food on their way out of town back to NY on Monday because they and their daughters loved it so much! THANK YOU Thom and team for helping make our stay in Lancaster so enjoyable (and make for making a meal for 18 people so easy!!"

The pizza here is fantastic! Our favorite is the tomato pie. The chocolate boule is also excellent.

If you're a fan of carb-loaded dishes, this place is fantastic! Everything I've tried here has been so delicious that I've always wanted to order it again.

The pizza wasn't terrible, but the sauce was very watery and bland. I'm confused by all the rave reviews calling it the best pizza ever. As for coming back to try it again, I would have to say no.

The bread is decent enough if you like your bread kinda hard and dry. But the owner, thom is a dick. Very rude, obviously very self centered and thinks his **** don't stink. I wouldn't support his business View menu

Just a quick update. Having tried various things on their menu, including their pizzas and their sandwiches, I can confirm the quality is outstanding across the board. Today's turkey club sandwich was delicious in every way.

Meh. Really that's a bit generous of a description. Reactant much if a difference in a walnut versus kalamata loaf. Sounds crazy but true. Really mediocre bread and pizza. Trust... you'll get a better product going to Panera and I'm a default mom pops store patron.

I was told to try the pizza from Thom's Bread by multiple people. It was our first time trying it, and both kinds that we got were INCREDIBLE. We got the margarita because it was listed as a number one seller. The flavors were so refreshing! I also got the pepperoni because I like the little pepperoni cups and that was my fave of the two! This is probably now our fave pizza in Lancaster. We will be back! View menu

I was sitting in my car waiting for my husband to finish up next door, and couldn't resist the amazing smell of fresh baked bread coming from this place. I looked them up on Yelp to see what they had to offer, and decided to give them a try. I ordered a large margarita pie with extra cheese, and it was made fresh in about 10 mins or less. The bottom is a little flimsy, but the taste makes up for it. Coming from NY, this pizza is my favorite out here in Lancaster.

My fiancée and I found this place on a whim. We were craving a bagel but didn't want to go across town. The moment you step in, the restaurant is bright and very inviting. Their menu is small but its create when you couldn't decide what you wanted. The breads are for sale and you can call to order a dozen bagels or anything else you might want. The bagels are a little small but very flavorful. The egg sandwich may need some sort of dressing but the ciabatta that it is on is so buttery. If you are out for a drive, this is an awesome place to stop. I hear their pizzas are awesome!

"The only reason this restaurant, if that’s what they call themselves, gets a star is because they have a decent wine list at a reasonable price. Otherwise, our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. A group of healthcare professionals booked a table to celebrate a milestone achievement for one of the programs at the nearby hospital. We ordered two bottles of quite expensive wine worth about $500. Never mind that they didn’t have our first choice; it happens. Then, after quite a long wait, the appetizers came. I have never seen a bruschetta served as pieces of cheap, mushy bread toast separate from the toppings, which came in a salad bowl. It was pretty much a “make your own bruschetta,” and it tasted disgusting. The olives and cheese plate were tasteless. We shrugged it off and ordered the main entrees. Five of us ordered the same main course. After at least 20 more minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that “unfortunately, the dish we had ordered is not available.” By that time, one of us, who had ordered an appetizer as an entree, left without being served because she got tired of waiting. We were quite shocked by the casual, nonchalant attitude, but as we were very hungry, we went with alternative choices, all of which arrived overcooked. Another waiter bringing the dishes had no idea who was ordering what and just threw the plates on the table. Worst of all, there was zero remorse or apology from the staff or the manager, and of course, the check had arrived in full, including the 18% “big party tip.” I won’t even go into minor details, such as the absolutely horrendous French onion soup, forgetting sugar, water, and wine glasses, etc. I don’t know if this establishment has management (no one came to talk to us), but if so, you should be ashamed of how you treated us tonight. Your staff’s attitude was ridiculous, and they obviously take no pride whatsoever in what they do. We paid in full and left. If any of you guys happen to be at the nearby hospital (God forbid), please do come see us. We will teach you what “taking good care of people” is all about, from A to Z. Shame on you for ruining our evening."
