"My husband and I took our son and two granddaughters to dinner before going to a play at the Paramount Theatre. The atmosphere is very hip and fun, our server was excellent. Very helpful in making recommendations and attentive. The food was outstanding! We had sturgeon, steelhead and steak with delicious, creative accompaniments to each dish. Overall, a wonderful, special dining experience! And just a quick walk to the theatre!"

The wine list doesn't offer enough red options in the $40 $65 price point. The list skews heavily in the $80 $250 direction, which isn't commesurate with they food they're serving. It'd be an ideal place to bring your own bottle and pay the corkage fee.

This was our first visit to Rider. Valentines Weekend in Seattle was delicious. We had the Chef’s Tasting Menu, which was uniquely tasty. Our waiter, Justin, was efficient and had a great sense of humor. We highly recommend Rider as a place to taste great food. View menu

I love this restaurant. I’ve never had anything but good experiences here. The only thing that bothers me is the smell in the restaurant. The wood fired grill is amazing but you definitely leave smelling like a bonfire. Don’t wear your dry clean only clothes! Otherwise the food is great!

Dozen Oysters to start, our server chose a perfect combination of tastes as we described what we like, he knew the selection very well. Sunchoke dish with the bonito and steelhead roe, just amazing, one of the best dishes we have ever tasted. Main course was the 14 day aged steak. It was cooked to perfection.
