"I've been to this restaurant twice since the start of Spring, and both times I was disappointed. The first visit, they didn't have any Vanilla Custard, and during my second visit, they were out of it again. It would be great if they could put up some big signs to let us know what’s available, so we don't have to wait in line only to be told that half the menu items are unavailable."

Ordered coconut cream ice ended up with another flavor which was lemon. Called store and all the employee could say was sorry and said to bring it back . Already had eaten about a 4th of it .. won't be going back

This is not a top notch Ritas...they do the minimum. When ordering an 8 dollar milkshake...you might want to supply straws for a milkshake, not for a soda! Overall does not look that clean. Just the minimum to get by take your money
