"I’ve been reading a lot of these negative review, and they are disheartening. We started going to Riverside 3 days after they opened. It was jammed, and the food and service was great! We became regulars, until the pandemic hit, and I don’t think any restaurant has really returned unscathed, some closed. No income, no help, no customers! Even after businesses reopened, nothing has really been the same. Today, it’s seems to be the culture of restaurants now, condensed menu selections, price increases due to the economic slowdown, and things change! We need to lower our expectations. Nothing stays the same. We went to Riverside tonight, and we had the nicest server, it was busy, and yet he was very accommodating. Pizza was delicious, nothing seemed off or different crust was as crispy and delicious. Our appetizer was made to perfection. Sunday 1/2 price a **** Mary’s $5 can’t beat it! We love their 1/2 price burgers on Mondays, Pasta 1/2 price for a huge bowl, your choice of pasta and sauce. Everything we ever had was very good! The wings are amazing! The service is a bit slow, but it's understandable because on Thursdays the wings are only 50 cents. The mixed drinks are delicious! Always a fantastic time at this restaurant.

This is our favorite spot to eat. We love the weekly specials! The service is excellent. We usually go for lunch and the price per person is between $10-20. The food is amazing, we give it a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is nice, we rate it a 4 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the sandwich and pizza.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews about this restaurant are accurate. The food is good, but the service is terrible. We arrived at 3pm and it wasn't busy. A teenager ignored us as she took a to-go order over the phone. Another teenager finally seated us without a greeting. The staff seemed unhappy to be there. Our waitress seemed sick or upset and was unfriendly. It took 12 minutes to get our drinks and she was visibly upset the whole time. The boy who brought our food was rude and reached over us to place plates on the table. The waitress only came back after we finished eating to ask if we wanted more drinks.
