"On our way to a camping trip in Mendocino County, we stopped at Roadtrip Bar and Grill, a charming roadside spot offering a wide variety of American favorites. Among their offerings, the barbecue brisket sandwich seemed to be a crowd favorite. Upon arrival, we were seated next to a party with numerous noisy children. Fortunately, the waitresses were accommodating and let us move to another section of the restaurant without any fuss. I ordered a club sandwich, which was served on grilled sourdough bread. Unfortunately, while one side of my sandwich was perfectly grilled, the other side wasn't grilled at all. I had requested onion rings with my sandwich, but both items were initially served cold and unappetizing. However, the server was kind enough to replace my sandwich without any hassle. It was evident that my original order hadn't been cooked properly, but once I received a hot, fully cooked sandwich and hot onion rings, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Despite this hiccup, everyone else in our party enjoyed their food. The service was great, the interior was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Given that Roadtrip Bar and Grill is a small establishment off a country road between a major California thoroughfare and a beach getaway, it exceeded our expectations. Additionally, they have a huge parking area that easily accommodated our RV and truck pulling a trailer. Ten more groups with similar setups could have parked there without any difficulty. The restaurant also features a large outdoor dining patio, substantial indoor dining space, bar seating, and some sort of attached shop that I didn't visit. Overall, it was a cool spot, and we'll definitely be back."

Every Thursday hamburger 1 buck Fry's 1 buck well I grad two are three doubles patties Fry's and on the road trip 1500 burgers on Thursday so get it early

Don't be deceived by the exterior! The BBQ aroma is incredible, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the interior decor is charming. I'll definitely be stopping by again!

Loved the atmosphere great staff but my fries were cold and the chicken on my sandwich was very very thin getting close to paper I'll try it one more time hoping the food will be better cuz its a great place View menu

Awesome place, a little far out but a nice drive in the foothills or on the way out to Cashe Creek Casino or the Yocha Dehe golf club. Road trip is a destination in it's own for a motorcycle ride or car trip. Good food and brews, plenty of parking and seating. Ran out of dessert the day we swung by after lunch.

Years of driving by and finally stopped for some grub and wasn't disappointed!!! I am feeling the Aloha Ohana Vibe the people who run this joint most kind and professional. I was thrilled to get a burger, fries, and two ribs for just $5! It's been a long time since I was able to treat my partner and myself for under $20. With the money we saved on dinner, we even splurged on a drink from the bar. The atmosphere was lively with a great live band, and the service was excellent. Once it was 11 AM, I was ready to order, but when I tried to pay, the staff informed me it would be a few more minutes. At 11:20 AM, they called me over and apologized, saying it would be at least an hour wait for the $1 burgers. However, they offered me a $15 burger that they could make right away. I’m confused about how they could prepare a $15 burger but not the $1 ones. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and honestly, I won’t be returning after this experience.

This hidden gem is amazing! Great atmosphere, can’t beat the prize and the food was amazing! My whole family loved and enjoyed their meals . We got the shovel chicken dinner with mash potatoes and veggies, full rack of bbq ribs with fries Bomb and super soft! , chicken burger with fries, NY steak with veggies and mash potatoes, Brother and sister in law got similar subs with steak and fries. Meal portions are great! This was my family’s and I first time here and won’t be our last . The staff are all so welcoming/kind and enjoyed the presence of our 4 month old baby girl .
