"I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash, selecting from their menu. I chose the pasta and salad combo along with a drink, specifically opting for the Caesar salad option out of the three available. Unfortunately, I received a random garden salad without any dressing instead. To make matters worse, my drink was missing as well. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with skepticism about my order. They claimed all they had on record was a salad option. Don’t you know your own menu? Why are you questioning a paying customer about an order you’ve messed up? This experience has left me frustrated, and I won’t be ordering from this disrespectful restaurant again. They really need to improve their customer service or they risk going out of business. As a chef, I would have fired the person who answered the phone."

My wife, brother-in-law, and I tried the veggie slices today at Rocco's Pizza and they were outstanding. I opted for two pepperoni slices and they were delicious. It was definitely worth traveling from Florida back home to the Bronx for this meal. As a neighborhood resident, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite, as did my companions. I highly recommend that people from all over the country come and dine at Rocco's on Bedford Park Blvd. The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

Their pizza is delicious! I order 1 mushroom slice [for myself], 1 plain slice [for my husband], and 1 plain slice to go [for my mom]. We devoured ours! 2 bites into mine and I immediately ordered another to go as well. Even after heating it up at home: it was still just as delicious and just as much flavorful!
