"Not sure what the dynamics internally were but the person waiting on us clearly did not want to be there. We found out after we ordered there was a Valentine’s Day special; we ordered three appetizers all of which were cold and arrived at different times, one being when our food arrived. I have a milk allergy and no one could confirm my pasta was without the cream sauce although it was creamy looking….. she yelled over, it’s fine. We were offered no grated cheese, one drink refill, the check before dessert and a crumbled receipt. The restaurant was littered with dirty tables and dishes piling up on the islands in the middle of the restaurant and bar area. I brought my date there for Valentine’s Day because i hadn’t been to a MG since 1998, but i wish we went elsewhere."

We frequently have our book club meetings at this restaurant and have returned many times. The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

The Macaroni Grill was just alright. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, this may not be the place for you. Many dishes do not measure up to those found in privately owned Italian restaurants.

Met a girlfriend for lunch. When ordered ice tea the waiter came back and said all out of ice tea. This was lunch hour. How can they not have ice tea. Then after we finished out lunch we ordered coffee. Waiter came back and said no coffee. Don’t think I’d eat there again

Service was very poor and be excruciatingly slow. We were there for hours when we should have been inandout in less than We only got refill and only because we had to ask. Thankfully the kitchen was on point as the food was hot and tasty when it came out nearly an hour later View menu

Service and food were deplorable. Had to ask for everything multiple times, including utensils, drinks, entrees, desert and even the bill. Server was obviously overworked. When the entree finally arrived, the food was cold. It was so bad, that without even being asked, the server chose not to charge us for our meals

I have not been here in a while and I was sadly disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t that packed and it took a long time for them to take our order an even longer for the food to come out which is then overcooked. The bathroom was disgusting and graffiti everywhere and was out of everything. I don’t think I will be going back for a while
