"May I preface a bad review with the observation that the staff was not at fault here. The restaurant was clearly operating with a reduced staff. Everyone was scrambling to cover all the jobs. As a result, we were seated next to a filthy booth with overflowing liquids and debris on the floor that no one had time to clean up, we had three different staff wait on us and no one knew who was supposed to. The food was undercooked and not good, and the bill was deposited on our table without asking if we wanted dessert (after noting in the reservation it was for a birthday celebration). The atmosphere was a bit chaotic but mostly sad, as this is the state of the world today. We want to support businesses, but it will probably be quite awhile before we return here."

Food good, Made reservations said nothing to us about my husband's birthday.. Maybe you were understaffed that's why the service was poor. Out of beer out of stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. We do not go out very often this was my husband's birthday.. No thank you

Noise traveled around the room and there was music on speakers so hard to hear my dining companion across the table. But we are old. Food was great but entree is just that. Any salad, vegetable or soup is extra. Bread included but it had unnecessary coarse salt on top of loaf.

We waited almost two hours to be seated with reservations! A waiter never came to take out order, we had to stop and ask different waiters for help, on top of it the manager got into a physical altercation with a homeless man , and punched the wall by the table we were sitting in! The food was excellent. The service was nonexistent. The waitress took our order and delivered the food. She had her phone on a podcast or something that was on when she delivered the food. She never checked on us at all. She never took our plates away until we asked for the check. We had to flag her down to get Parmesan cheese. Sheâs not an asset to the company.

One of the managers and a customer at the bar had an altercation. I manager was hitting or kicking things after their conversation. Very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this location. Our server also billed us the wrong amount. Far more than it was priced on the menu. The bill was corrected but not until we noticed it and my card had already been billed for the wrong amount.
