Good food with nice view. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. They brought water for my puppy without me asking for it. The food was well prepared and the taste was great.

I have to say, I've been to quite a few grill competitions, and the grilled ribs here are some of the best I've ever tasted. The service was outstanding, and the happy hour is a fantastic deal. Come here to eat, relax, and have a great time!

normally really great when they eat in the mood for smokey. my main complaint would be the pommes. they are terrible and mushy/rubbery and covered with salt. please make them better fries, I never know what to get for a page now. tostada is my fav, filled with many great things! View menu

This place is the best BBQ spot by the lake. The prices are fantastic. If you're into IPA beer, you should definitely check out the Pliny option. Their happy hour is amazing, with drinks for just $4 from 3 to 6 PM, seven days a week. It's truly incredible! You have to try it when you're in the city.

The food was delicious and the BBQ was better here then back in TEXAS. The cook takes pride in his craft and the staff were friendly without being overly attentive. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area. For 2 drinks, 2 meals and an appetizer is was less then $40 with big portions.

I was in Nice for a week and ordered take out here only once. The food was very tasty.I liked the well cooked spaghetti with shrimp and was a delight to enjoy with a glass of bourbon. Service was fast but who puts big pieces of onion in coleslaw? I was disappointed in the food. I had heard great reviews but mine wasn't so good. Probably won't go back. The BBQ smells so good but food not so much. I tried them 2 years ago food wasn't very good then either. We used to go there for lunch most Fridays years ago..Food was really good but the service was slow..guess u can't have it all.

When the food arrived, there was quite a bit of smoke from the smoker, but we were outside, so it was understandable. I took my first bite and had mixed feelings—it was good, but not what I expected. My partner, who is a bit sensitive to rich foods, could only manage to eat half of his meal. He didn’t dislike it but couldn’t figure out why he didn’t want to finish it. The potatoes were generous in size, regardless of the style we chose, as we each ordered the opposite dish to sample both options. While staying in Upper Lake, I was hoping to find a place to have dinner without traveling very far. We ended up in Nice. The pickings were slim, so I took a chance at Romi 's. We were greeted by a super friendly server, and were happy to learn we could bring our pup with us if we dined outside. We ordered a beer on tap and a bottled sparkling water while we perused the menu. There were flies everywhere, likely because the meat smokers were located close to the dining patio.
