"We have been ordering delivery from this restaurant for the past 10 years, and we live just 15 minutes away in the same town. We used to really enjoy the family chicken parm. However, today we waited over an hour for our delivery. When we called, a clearly new employee said they couldn't find our address. After spelling it out, she finally confirmed that our delivery was on its way. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the food was overcooked and cold. Has there been a change in management?
