"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The so-called manager was rude and unpleasant, insisting that the fries were not burnt but merely crispy. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she chose to raise her voice and argue, asserting her authority and dismissing any options to speak to someone else. We've been regular customers for years; although the customer service has often been lacking, we were willing to overlook it—until now. This was the final straw. I've never had someone yell at me and insist that my opinion as a customer was wrong. As I looked at those black, burnt fries (which she admitted to taking out of the oven), I couldn't understand how they were deemed acceptable to serve. This was truly the worst experience and has left a bad taste in my mouth, quite literally."

I've consistently had a wonderful experience at Rose Bros. From their pizza to their subs and everything else I've sampled, everything has been exceptional. They really offer some of the best food in the area.

Aloha pizza (Hawaiian) is wonderful, make sure to ask for the barbecue sauce. Any pizza that I have had here has been great! I do wish they would improve on their breadsticks. Perhaps make them from the pizza dough.
