"Heard wonderful things about their bagels, would have loved to be able to try them! Went to pick up a dozen uncut, untoasted bagels for the office, and was told I had to use my phone to order, except I did not have a phone with me to order, so I was turned away. Make sure you remember your phone, otherwise tough luck on getting any food! They are a private business that can set their own rules, although requiring a phone call to put 12 bagels in a bag, even though I'm asking from 6ft away and did not have a phone, seems like a silly business practice. But I'm not a restaurant owner. To be clear, kudos to the staff for doing their job and following the rules. Shame that the owner won't allow people without phones (or who forgot their phone) to buy food from their establishment."

Call your order in ahead of time! Seriously just do it! You cannot order at the establishment you can only do it on the phone or online.. It's worth it. I love a good bagel and they really do it right here. I will be stopping in again next time I'm in portland. View menu

I love this place! it's such a nice caffe and the bagels are to die. the coffee is also really good and non-dairy milk is available for customers. the personal is very beautiful and courteous and overall it is a great place to visit! would give this place a 5 stars if I could.

The lox sandwich was good, no doubt about it but I don't understand the prices. For 16 bucks I was expecting a heap of fish or something to put it over the top, that wasn't the case. Again, good sandwiches but you can go to one of the other places and get good sandwiches for 5 bucks less.

these are the best bagels in portland! Online ordering and pickup is a piece of cake and they offer some great bagel aromas and cream cheese! I recommend all this bagel with the crimped cream cheese for a really tasteful breakfast. great to see that all workers wear face masks when I picked up the bagels from the pickup window! I'll definitely get bagels back here. View menu

I was at rose foods several times, because it's close to where my sister lives. it is convenient, but the vegan cream cheese is easy to order and there is only a vegan option. the coffee is not good either. I am sure that the special items they serve for non-vegans are good because it is in the rule. every time I've been, the employees are all so laborious and not pleasant at all. that's not worth my opinion. look baristas and bites for a better experience.

We heard good things from friends and swung in on our visit to Portland. The ordering process online was smooth and easy. We got a text notification when the order was ready right in the middle of our anticipated window. We drove up and parked on the street easily, walked up and got our order. Each of us ordered the bagel sandwich with cucumbers, dill, capers, cream cheese, and of course, lox. The bagel was crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle and the flavors of everything was fresh and delicious. I forwent onions, and asking to exclude them online was also an easy process. The coffee was also good, especially on a wind torn day like the one we had. When they open back up, the setting...
