"Pretty spectacular sushi with a bit of a twist. Rosella comes from alumnus of Uchiko, a famed sushi restaurant from Austin (and one of my favorite restaurants ever), so I had to check it out. Our server was great with helping us navigate the menu since it's a little different from most sushi restaurants. Highlight of the day was probably the pickled mussel nigiri but everything we had was delicious. Overall, highly recommended for those who love sushi but want to tread off the beaten path."

Loved every dish! It’s not your typical sushi spot. A bug focus on local and sustainable ingredients. Will be back!

I had some of the best food I've ever experienced. It completely transformed my perspective on sushi. I can't wait to return! Chef Jacob was outstanding, and Isaac was both fantastic and knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening! View menu

We are a group of 3 friends who enjoyed every single food and drink served to us. The service was impeccable, especially Michael who helped us pick the best nigiri and rolls! It was fun! Our favorites include the mackerel nigiri, fatty tuna and white kimchi roll, shrimp laksa, spicy avocado! Highly recommended!

A tiny yet decadent sushi spot that's blown up. With a good selection of sake to accompany the meal. Uni XO mazemen, chirashi and salmon crudo definitely stood out. Not a big fan of the bagel roll, cream cheese just overpowers everything and leaved after taste. Blend of traditional dishes with unique ingredients highlights chef's vision. View menu

One of the most unique meals I've ever had! They give you a menu, but we let our server James (who was incredible) drive, and I'm so glad we did. We ended up with lots of things that we probably wouldn't have ordered ourselves but that were amazing and surprising in the best possible way. Definitely not a traditional omakase, but sometimes that's exactly what you want. Definitely recommend!

The food was absolutely fantastic, with top-notch ingredients and skillful preparation. The dishes were unique—definitely not your typical sushi—with intriguing flavor combinations that I really enjoyed. I loved everything, and the sake was impressive as well. It is on the expensive side, so be prepared for that, but the quality of the experience makes it worthwhile. The sea urchin toast was one of the best bites I’ve had in the city!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
