The food was normal. I wish my salad had more cheese and I wish my dressing cups had been more than half full. On the other hand, the young lady at the register was so amazing to me. I ordered thru door dash, items were left out they wanted me to come and pick up.They should have made in good on their end. Also included instructions to do certain pasta and manager even acknowledged they didnt do it, missed it .Why have instructionsfor them on order if they dont read them. Service here is often slow. It's rarely the fault of the wait staff who do their very best to be bright and helpful, but the kitchen is awful. Yesterday, we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our order and then only 3 of our 5 pizzas arrived. The other 2 took an extra 20 minutes, by which time half the party had finished eating. We were not an isolated example: The wait staff were fielding complaints from almost every other table, but what can they do? The food tastes ok, but *do not* come here if you are in a hurry.

I go to this location at least once a week for lunch. The girls know me and I usually don't need a menu. I always sit at the bar or at the high top table in the bar area. I always enjoy when I go and usually tip $5.00 to $7.00 on $15 check, but today,6/30/2022, was the the worst experience I ever had at Rotolos and one of the worst experiences ever. First, when I walked in, Idid not recognize any of the girls working. The waitress at the bar was the problem for me.
