"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I visited with my family for lunch, and our experience was nothing short of disappointing. To start with something minor, I ordered jalapeños on half of my pizza and only received a total of six for a large pizza. I didn’t plan to make a fuss about that, but it’s just one of the many issues we encountered. After we sat down and started on our salads from the salad bar, we discovered an actual ANT floating in one of the cups. I took it to the front to show them, but the staff dismissed me, claiming it was impossible, even though I was literally holding the cup up to the light to show the ant among the tea leaves. The older gentleman at the front didn’t believe me, despite the evidence right in front of us. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I returned to the table with my family’s drinks and waited for everyone to finish their salads so we could leave. A few minutes later, the same gentleman approached our table with the tea poured onto a pizza dish, pointing at a tea leaf, which we had already identified earlier, and laughed, suggesting we call Pepsi in a patronizing tone. He then went to the back but not before carelessly tossing the dish into the dirty bin, splattering tea all over the floor near the entrance. My mother tried to de-escalate the situation by asking for a bottled soda instead, to which he reluctantly agreed. However, when she requested a cup to go with it, he handed her one that had lipstick on it. At that point, we were all ready to leave as quickly as possible. I wanted to leave the uneaten pizza behind, but my mother insisted on taking it with us, so she asked for a box. The gentleman then handed her a box with soaking wet hands, leaving smudged fingerprints on it—definitely not sanitary. It’s clear we all know the shape and size of an ant and how it differs from a tea leaf. We also understand basic hygiene practices, like washing and drying hands properly, and can differentiate between clean and dirty dishes. Unfortunately, it seems the staff at this restaurant do not. I will never return to this establishment again."
