"I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to warn others. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and it was absolutely terrible. The sandwich had fries mixed in, the meat was dry and unchopped, and it didn’t have the onions and peppers that were promised. The cheese was cold and unmelted, the bread was stale, and the fries were soggy and tasteless. This restaurant shouldn't even be open—it's a potential hazard for anyone ordering from them. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. It was just awful. DO NOT order from here unless you want to risk food poisoning."

It was 2AM order so I guess thats why the chicken was dry.

The chicken was fresh, but the fries were so hard that I couldn't enjoy them.

The food looked and tasted unpleasant overall. The potato wedges were decent, but the wings appeared unappetizing and old. Be cautious about where you choose to order from, folks. This is important. View menu

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
