"10/10. Five stars. two thumbs. they'll get it all! tonight was my first time at r r and it won't be my last! I was very impressed by everything! the chicken nuggets/Mac cheese child meal was delicious and perfect for my children. my man has a burger and pommes. he loved it. the pommes were the best I had! I have the bbq afteros. they were scrambled! highly recommended. as for their customer service...full of the cashier was so kind to help us know what to order for the first time. my nachos took a long time to get out as if my family was eaten the most. they had told me that the queen had run out so they had to do more and it took longer than expected. I understand. it was a busy night. When they brought my food out, he told me they gave us everything back and gave me a gift card! Who does that?! I was so surprised. we will definitely come back!"

actually some of the best bbq brisket I had. in the city of louisville, ky and became accustomed with more hospitality than me! fresh side salad, amazing bier choices and prizes, and an incredible kicker that misses me my oma. do not skip this place.

Seriously. 3rd visit, I swear, this company does not sell meat. Cheapest place I've ever been to. What kind of place gives you 70% wads of fat in a 13 dollar smoked MEAT sandwich? 3 times out of 3 this place. Only ever coming back for your sauce, you could care less about the food you serve. This is what 13 bucks gets you here.

I don't know what it is with this location but it's simply awful. I have given this location in Provo many chances, but every time I end up disappointed. Every time I have ordered from here they have forgotten the BBQ sauce. EVERY TIME! Also, the quality of the meat has been questionable. This last time I ordered the turkey. The turkey was almost completely inedible. It's a shame that this location isn't as good as the rest. I really like the food at the other locations. But I just can't give this location any more chances.

Recently, we’ve been on the hunt for a new and unforgettable BBQ restaurant. We’ve known about this spot since 2015 but were too stubborn to give it a try until tonight. We finally decided to take the plunge, and we were truly impressed—the food is delicious! The pulled pork and chopped chicken have an authentic smoky flavor. When paired with their sweet and zesty BBQ sauce, it creates an unbeatable combination. This is definitely one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve had so far. This is a great location. We went at high time for dinner and the service was spectacular. The food was hot and juicy with a great smoky flavor. The sweet potato fries we received were equally great. They have a great variety of bbq sauce without being overwhelming: original, sweet, spicy, and raspberry chipotle (which I think is just limited time, so maybe it rotates). The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. We received our order without a long wait. All in all, super satisfied with this location, I will definitely look forward to my future visit.

After coming here twice, I said the same thing I say for other BBQ joints in Utah, meh . None of the meats are particularly flavorful, and the iconic R&R sauces are all sugar, no spice, even the spicy one. The Mac and cheese barely had any cheese on it, but helped with the blandness of the other food. The pulled pork was more moist than the other meats, but isn 't great. The andouille sausage was spicy and was a bright spot on the plate, but the brisket was truly terrible. I have never seen such a dry piece of meat before.
