"The food had the taste of something that had been left out for days—bland, flavorless, and dry. While my wife and I were discussing how unappetizing it was, I discovered a hair in my meal. I returned both dishes and requested a refund, but the staff immediately became defensive and rude. They repeatedly insisted that it wasn't a hair and refused to give us our money back. After a lengthy argument, one of them called the owner, who eventually ordered them to issue the refund. I will never return to this restaurant. It was an absolutely awful experience."

My Yakisoba noodles were cooked in old oil, and the chicken was dry. I decided to give it another try today, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.

This is a great place to eat. Although the food court has a few other Asian shops I love this one the best. They are friendly and since I work at the mall now and then they always accommodate my order. The only drawback for me is the pad Thai noodles. They are always too dry for my taste. The seasoning/sauce is on point but they soak up the moisture. I also suggest the won ton soup. I add a couple soy sauce packets and it tastes just the way I like it.

Excellent service. Kind ladies each and everytime we stop in. Pot stickers are good. Chicken and rice very good. Iced coffee with boba was yummy too. A large is indeed a LARGE!!! Great food spot. In response to the recent negative reviews...sounds like these specific patrons are in search of authentic from the home country Thai. It's a mall! Laughing. Who goes to the mall for authenticity. Great job to the folks of Ruby Thai we enjoy our visits each and everytime. Thank you.
