"I ordered two large pizzas yesterday, and they told me it would take about 20 minutes to prepare them. I provided my phone number and my wife's name since she would be picking them up. After around 20 minutes, she went to collect the pizzas. However, when she arrived, they hadn’t even started making them, and she had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for them to be ready. It would have been nice if they had offered her a drink while she waited. Overall, we are not satisfied with the service we received."
