"I decided to visit this pizzeria lounge after hearing a lot of positive feedback, but it turned out to be a major letdown. First of all, the place is always overcrowded, making it a struggle to get a table. The staff is disorganized and unhelpful; they just watch you awkwardly wait without offering assistance. Finding a host to seat you is nearly impossible, as if they're all hiding away in the back. Once you finally manage to secure a table, the service is slow and inattentive. The chaotic environment and subpar customer service completely ruined the experience for me. Honestly, it's not worth the trouble."

I tried the mac and cheese and BBQ chicken pizzas, and both were delicious! I highly recommend them!

Food and drinks were delicious! We had the mac and cheese pizza and a smokehouse bbq pizza and both were fantastic. Service was friendly and fast. Definitely recommend!

The food here is delicious! We’ve been several times and never left hungry or disappointed. The portions are quite large. The staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is really unique. View menu

The quality of the food was excellent... I had a hamburger that made me open my mouth like a python! Don't miss the chicken wings! However, if the food was good, the staff were even better!

Everything was fantastic, but the Fun Guy pizza felt like it was lacking something. The crust was delightful, and the pesto fries were delicious. Our waitress was wonderful, and the drink options were pretty good. I definitely plan on returning!

This place was SO GOOD. The Gambino bites were just perfection and the pizza hit the spot. I gave the service 3 stars. Our server forgot to enter my husband's cocktail so I had to ask for it and we never got water refills and he never checked on us. The food made it worth it tho. View menu

Everything was very good. The Cuban sandwich was excellent. The batter on the perch was very familiar. I used to buy it many years ago. The fish was not very crispy and tasted like it was fried yesterday and warmed up today which is sometimes better and more flavorful). Lastly, the empanadas were much more like mini pasties. Will I go again? Yes I will.

So good, you should go. While waiting for our table had a margarita at the bar. Above average drink. Waited about 15 minutes for a table on the patio, which was nice. Once we were seated at our table service was quick and efficient. Emily our sever was great. From ordering our fish to it being served was between 10-15 minutes. A really good fish fry. Their perch has a light crispy breading, very good. We ordered the ice cream and fried dough bites for dessert, it was very large and was average. Overall, great time.

"We really, really wanted to enjoy this place. We drove 45 minutes from Appleton for my birthday dinner. I just feel like they missed the mark in so many places. To start with our drinks, my husbands old fashioned was very, very heavy on the bitters so he chose to order a beer next. The beer was very flat so he did decide to send that back and the waiter was very nice about replacing it. They also did not charge us for the beers which was very kind. We had the chili and creamy mushroom lentil soup as appetizers both were delicious and came out fast. They offered bread and butter as well which was delicious, but the bread was cold and would have just been better served warm. Our food finally came out about 45 minutes after ordering. I ordered the pistachio crusted striped bass. The fish was initially really good but when I took a bite of the pumpkin risotto it was not fully cooked and you could taste and smell the wine it was cooked in STRONGLY. It also had bacon on it (I did not know “lardons” meant bacon) and I do not eat meat (only fish). The waiter was again very kind and offered to switch it out so I opted for the salmon. The coho salmon special was much better, but it was still extremely salty. The fingerling potato’s were the real saving grace of the meal and really the only outstanding part of either of our meals. My husband got a steak and said it was good an above average steak. My husband and I regularly go out to eat and frequent many popular restaurants in the area. We have only ever sent back food or drinks once before this and we had to send two different things. This is a little petty, but when our waitress brought out the dessert menu my husband mentioned that it was my birthday and asked if they do a birthday dessert (we had seen someone else get one earlier) and she confirmed they did and very nicely said happy birthday and offered to bring one out. We thanked her. She came back about 10 minutes later with no dessert, but offered to take my salmon back to box it up. She brought my salmon back out (which said happy birthday on it) and asked if we looked at the dessert menu and I asked my husband if he was going to get something as well and he said no. So we thought she was going to bring the dessert then, but instead she brought our check. When we paid she once again said happy birthday, but just glazed over the fact that she offered this dessert and never brought it. I don’t really care about getting a “special dessert”, but the interaction was very bizarre and seemed kind of rude which was odd because our waiter had been so wonderful up to that point. Maybe we hit it on a bad night or maybe it’s better served as a lunch spot, but we won’t be going back. If we’re going to spend $160 on a meal it really needs to knock it out of the park and not be mediocre. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5"

"Had an appointment nearby and decided to meet a friend here for lunch after realizing Spork was sadly closed. I’m not really into writing bad reviews, especially within the restaurant industry- because I formerly worked in the field for years, so I understand how tough it can be However, I feel people should know the food is honestly just terrible. We did their lunch buffet and salad bar. Their chicken was chewy and dry, the salad bar was just sad, and they had styrofoam plates plastic prepackaged dressings which was very odd. Their mashed potatoes gravy were completely flavorless. The taco meat was unbelievably greasy and did not have a good flavor at all. Half the taco shells were broken. The list goes on. Our table was also dirty. The waitress was nice and meant well, but for not being busy in the least-she was terribly inattentive and blatantly ignored me (after making eye contact as I waved my hand at her) when trying to get her attention so we could finally pay and leave. I had to track her down up front near the bar after sitting with our check for well over 25 minutes. It was also a very dark and dingy atmosphere in the back restaurant area. I would not go back, and normally I’d give a second chance. I’ll just end with this: You have a lot of competition in the area, and I think there’s a lot of room to evolve for sure. Even just being a “bar restaurant” most places do better. I sincerely do hope this review is helpful to take those steps at bettering your business."
