"The food is good, if you can get it fresh. Saisho uses a buzzer system to let patrons know their food is ready, and the odds of the buzzers working are dicey at best. We have had consistently poor experiences here due to buzzers not working and food sitting for too long, and employees are not friendly. We like the food, but after having tried Saisho around 6 or 7 times and more than half of those times being bad, I'm calling it quits. You can go to other places in Monett with more consistently good service and food."

This was my first time trying sushi at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! I ordered the Dynamite Roll and the RockNRoll, and both were delicious. Food: 5/5.

I love the seasoning they use on the hibachi vegetables and the size of the portions for the price. It is a little oily but the taste makes up for it. It can get a little busy, but the staff is very efficient and friendly. Definitely on my food list whenever I visit Monett. View menu

The sushi was outstanding, which pleasantly surprised me for a food truck in the Midwest. Prices have increased compared to the menus previously posted here, but they are still fairly consistent (I've attached a picture of the current menu). The three benches outside offered a great spot to enjoy my meal, though the buzzer system they use could use some improvement. Food: 5/5

The staff was incredibly friendly, and we experienced no issues with the service. However, the food was quite disappointing. The sushi was not prepared correctly; we ordered a black dragon roll, but it was missing all the toppings. The vegetables in the hibachi meals were raw, and the meat had a boiled taste with little to no sear. Overall, this did not justify the $75 we spent. Food rating: 1/5.
