Great mood. Had some trouble navigating the selection library properly, but I had a great time with the options we found.

Had a great time here. The rooms were clean and the staff attentive. Taking off a star for pricey alcohol and a sub-par catalogue of American and European pop/rock music.

Ordering is simple, the music selection is fantastic, the atmosphere is cozy, and for an underground establishment it's not awful. A delightful encounter that comes highly recommended. View menu

Don't go there. It's garbage. You'll get rip off with extra fees in your bill.. You'll have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding the songs you want. It's not user friendly. Zero star.

Giving this place one star is honestly pretty generous. One star is for the cleanliness and comfort of the room for our group of 20 people. But beyond that, it was a horrible overpriced experience. Three main reasons: (1) Beware of the hidden fees that they do not share prominently — 20% service fee for all room bookings and 20% gratuity for food and drink ordered from your room with no option to change. This was overall the worst experience I have ever had in customer service in my life. We were up charged $35 an hour for a package that claimed we had 10 more people than we had present. When I signed the receipt it was $235 and then my card was charged for $295 I had scratched out the tip bar as they had already been so shady and unhelpful and they proceeded to write their own. We were told $200 for the whole night and we paid $316 because of our deposit of $100 that they claimed they took off … – show View menu
