"They would have received a 5 star if the person who took orders would have benn human enough to admit to a mistake. I ordered and said as soon as They picked up thst I was ordering coupon #7 . I had previoisly called and asked how much the deliverycharge which was a very fair 2$ . My order should have been 23.99 puls tax plus the delivery . The man was so rude amd sosarcastic when i called about it. And also the order was wrong but It looked good so I didnt call back. Sal needs to fire thatrude man who took my order on oct 13th at 405 pm shame on his attitude . Im a flight attendant and my coworkers order from themall the time from the hotel we stay at but they wont now because I let them kmow on our private fb page how they treated me .This is the 2nd time ive ever left a google review but I felt so dissed and disrespected from this guy he deserves this review"

Anna was so awesome.. Best service i have had in a long time, with a smile! The restaurant was full and she was on top of it all... The food was great ... Pizza was crisp and loaded with toppings.. Salad was fresh and the Italian dressing was wonderful.. French fries were so bomb!!! I will definitely be back!

The pizza is delicious when it's fresh, but today I ordered a lunch special that came with two slices. Unfortunately, they took old slices that had been sitting around, heated them for about 30 seconds, and just tossed them into a box. The onions and bell peppers were raw, and the pizza was stale. The cheese they added was barely melted. It was a disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be ordering lunch from here again. View menu

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a thin crust and the crust was not thin and it was undercooked. Doughy mess. Don?t waste your money. I called to give them a chance to correct and they said it would be another hour plus if I wanted a refund I had to leave it by my door so someone could collect it lol. Yes let me stink up the building for the other residents. What an absolute joke. Thankfully I ordered through slice who issued me a refund immediately. See pictures for floppy garbage and raw cheese.

The Philly CheeseSteak Sandwich was delicious. I prefer this one over Philly Cold Cuts '. Update: I ordered their 20 deluxe pizza for takeout via the Slice app...the owner special 5% off your next order . Well, yes. It was 5% off the price. But the resulting pizza looked like it had 30% less ingredients. One of the chintziest deluxe pizzas I 've encountered. And what 's worse..at least an inch beyond the edge was devoid of any ingredients...just a weak layer of cheese. I 'll be back some day in the distant future for the Philly CheeseSteak Sandwich....but doubt ever again for their pizza.

Full disclosure, I used a Groupon for my visit. I've been driving by this place for years as a native Virginia Beach resident and never been to this place. Since covid I want to support local businesses. The Groupon should have been more detailed than just 2 large pizzas. It should have said cheese pizzas. Any additional toppings is going to cost you extra. Despite this the pizzas were made quickly and were great tasting. 18 inch pizzas are just huge. Authentic NY style pizza. Over the years, I was a loyal customer and rated their pizza 4 to five stars. It seems that for some reason her pizza is terrible now. There is really something with the taste of the sauce, this cheese is now salty, and the pizza is diligent. It made my wife and I sick on three occasions. I understand a bad night, but that's not true anymore. I know it is due to Covid and to some extent this can be true. Maybe the previous ingredients were overpriced. I'm New Yorker and my wife is 100% Italian, so we know what good or decent pizza should be. It's not here. You lost my business and my recommendation forever. There is no return. Although I can't say safely, but I think that leaving out sauces...
