"1/2 pound of sliced brisket was ordered. Received maybe half that amount of very dry flavorless shredded pieces of meat. Sauce is definitely needed to choke this down. Nothing else comes with it ... no onions, no jalapeños, nothing. 1/2 pound of beef sparerib was ordered. Got maybe 5 bites of rib (which as actually pretty good) along with 2 large bones. We had to go to another food truck to get enough food to eat. The only interaction with the owner who wanted to know if I wanted to give him a 15% 20% or 25% tip!! The OWNERSHIP of this place has CHANGED. It is NOT as good as it used to be. Save your money and go to the Cube or Rudy's in Albuquerque. Santa Fe still doesn't have a decent BBQ place. Definitely will not be going back to this miserable excuse of a BBQ place."

It's simply not great. You can find better food and better value elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious! Sometimes there’s a long wait, but they are quick. It gets busy because they’re popular and the food is fantastic!!!

Absolutely delicious! There are times when there's a long line, but they move quickly. It's busy because the food is popular and truly tasty!

I had half a rib, and unfortunately, it was quite dry. The whole grain bread was just average, and the beans were terrible. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Not great. The coleslaw lacked flavor, and the brisket was dry and tasteless—not smoked at all. The green chili cornbread was just mediocre. There was no line at the food truck for a reason.

Our experience was disappointing. My partner and I felt unwell after our meal. The prices were quite steep, and it appeared that they used low-quality, pre-packaged sauces. The meat was dry and had an odd flavor. The staff member who served us didn’t acknowledge us at all. This will definitely be our first and last visit. View menu

The potato salad under cooked was not a very good side. The portion when I ordered a full rack and a pound of brisket was surprisingly small. I asked for sides of corn I got one corn on the cob. For a rack of ribs and a pound of brisket over $50? Nah I?ll just cook at home next time. Tried the ribs before sauce and most plain blan ribs ever.

WORST BBQ EVER! Ordered the brisket sandwich which was essentially sliced beef with BBQ sauce splashed over no pickles, no onions and on a hoagie bun. TOTALLY TASTELESS, and my advice folks, is to take the drive out to Rudy 's. This foodie reviewer 's non- biased opinion is from someone who lived in Texas where there are more BBQ restaurants than any other and knows a little something about it by being in the restaurant business. Even more alarming, the attendant got the plastic forks out and ran his hands over them! I refused the plasticware. Santa Fe Food inspectors should be writing them up and looking into their food safety procedures. Worst food truck vendor experience ever!
