For those seeking genuine South Indian cuisine in NYC, this establishment is a must-visit. The service is outstanding, and despite a queue, the wait time is minimal, around 2-5 minutes. The food is delightful and impeccably prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed the filtered coffee, as well as the masala dosa served with white chutney and sambhar.

If you want to eat like how the locals do, how can you miss out on this place. Yes, it’s only vegetarian but probably the most authentic South Indian flavors you can ever get.
