"This used to be the best spot for cucumbers, piccadilly, and all sorts of snacks. Unfortunately, they seem to have run out of everything lately. It's been at least two months since they had chili and cheese for Frito pie or nachos. There's no sausage for the wraps anymore, and they're also out of cucumbers. It feels like they just don't want to do anything. The staff often has a bad attitude, which is disappointing. In contrast, the place above them, Pancho's, always has everything you could want, and the atmosphere is great with friendly service."

Right on Riverwalk, this ice cream place had great prices for big servings. I had the stracciatella and the 21+ Oaxacan chocolate which has habanero in it--spicy and delicious! View menu

A great little dessert spot on Roverwalk, Justin's had a chocolate ice cream enhanced with spicy peppers and cinnamon which created a really unique flavor profile! Quick service too!

Your snacks are fantastic, and I keep coming back because they're delicious and very affordable. However, one thing that bothers me is that many of them contain a lot of ingredients. Aside from that, I really love this place!

Our favorite San Antonio attraction is the Riverwalk. Our favorite stop on the Riverwalk is Justin 's. We can 't have the full Riverwalk experience without it... we order our cones in cups and much while we enjoy an evening walk. It 's a must-do for us... it just adds to the experience. View menu

I've been coming to this place nearly every week for almost two years. Recently, they started charging an extra $4 for "toppings" (like sprinkled Lucas on a snow cone) that aren't even listed on their menu board. I drove off with two small snow cones, which are advertised at $2.50 each, but I ended up being charged $9.

I stopped here for a quick ice cream and enjoyed the Rocky Road flavor, which was excellent in a waffle cone. However, the waffle cone wasn't sealed at the bottom, so when I took off the paper wrap, the ice cream poured out like a funnel. I ordered four small to medium ice creams, which totaled $32. They also offer drinks and have a small gift shop. There is no seating inside, but you can sit on the stone railing outside the shop if there's space available.
