"Let me begin by saying the worker lady whom I ordered from and it seems that she later delivered was so nice. However, best rated must be a controlled group because everything was disgusting. I knew it was an issue when I opened a hot box of pizza and it looked like a frozen Totino?s pizza from heb. Well it tasted like it looked. The wings! On a whim I ordered the wings after seeing the bad review about the fatty wings. This was a mistake. The wings were stuffed in a container and the breading was flaking or flaked off. I got the sense that they too were frozen and breaded as such. When I tried to eat them I had to pull off so much fat and weird breading to make them edible. They were still bad. In one of the reviews the owner responded about the price to someone but this wasn?t worth the price presented whether or not you?re rated ?best pizza in Kyle?. I should have followed my first mind and ordered Pizza Hut but while on the hunt for deep dish I figured I?d try a local place."

"Spending some extra time in Kyle these days and came upon this wonderful little Mexican Food Restaurant. The food is served warm and delicious and the service is helpful, friendly, and genuine. Our waitress was Yakelyn. She helped with our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 small kids) by answering questions about the menu, bringing some “EXTRA HOT” hot sauce for my husband, serving the toddler her beans and rice ahead of time and all with a smile. She was attentive to refill our water glasses and checking on us to see if we needed anything in addition to what we already had. If you are in Kyle and want a great place to eat, it is definitely worth it! We will be back, next visit!"

"We come to this DQ almost weekly to get us a treat. It 's our guilty pleasure. Not sure why this place gets a bad rap. Staff is always friendly and courteous, even when Karens start raising their voices. Maybe it 's because of how slow it is. Ok so, it 's not as fast as fast food should be. But have you noticed their staffing? They can barely keep up. Even the cashiers are pitching in making the food/treats Hell, one day, I witnessed one cashier just straight quit (not the same day a Karen raised her voice). Felt bad for the kid as this DQ is always busy (lines are out the parking lot and onto the street). But I do love their service, their treats, even if we have to wait an hour in the drive through for a dipped cone or a blizzard. Be kind. Most of these are high school students that work here. They deserve your best self as they 're serving YOU."

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is so inconsistent it's not funny. First off, you'll notice on the reviews, no one person from the company bothers to try to make things right. They are obviously just accepting that this place is a dump no one actually takes pride in their work. Also, I'd like to make it known that you can't file a formal complaint. If you call, they claim they will take your name and number and forward it on. Lol. Suuuuuure. So today I get what should be the simplest meal. A number 1. The roll, fries, Cheese sticks were all cold. Got those as my choices, went for dinner option. The chicken strips are laughable. see attached pictures For a $13 meal, it turned out to be a $13 waste. Take the time and go somewhere that cares about their customers. This is ridiculous."

"Okay, so food wise the food is excellent!! The chefs are brilliant and food is always delicious. But the service is terrible in the morning! The ladies who work are always only among themselves. You will see you in the drive thru and see directly on you and just ignore for 5 minutes. Remember that I understand if they're busy, then of course, that's waiting. But just to ignore and if I get them to help me, they're just rude. I left in the afternoon or dinner time the girls are fantastic. I'd say management has to wait for the morning staff. Maybe a new morning waiter."
