"Never been in a drive thru and seen the customer hand the phone back and forth to the drive thru cashier and it went on for minutes. There was obviously an issue with their order so instead of making all of us wait, why don’t you make that one person wait. Then you tell me when I try to just pay for my food that I already ordered to get back in line, instead of letting me move along and go about my day, very nice. I don’t have time for other peoples errors or issues. I did my part, you should have done yours. Let’s face it, you’re struggling, you have an inside that you don’t even open half the time because business isn’t what it should be, your not in a position to lose anymore customers but congratulations, you just did. I’ll go to the other location."

Enjoyed my original sandwich. Bread could have been a little fresher.

I know of nothing worse than good businesses closing because of bad managers

Great Schlotzsky's location. Father and son are there most of the time taking care of customers. Custom orders are done correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location for an awesome Schlotzsky's sandwich!!!

First time eating at a Schlotzsky’s.Ordered online. Picked up from drive-thru window with no issues. The cheese pizza had little to no sauce. The Italian sausage pepperoni had good flavor. Both pizzas were overcooked on the bottom.Sweet tea was ok. View menu

If you like those kind of restaurants that get your order wrong then you'll love this place! I learned my lesson a few years ago and quit coming here because they are great at getting your order wrong 10/10 times! Just tried them out again and you gotta respect the consistency! Very expensive for always getting your order wrong.

I normally don’t make reviews but this is my new favorite place. It’s super clean and everyone is SO nice, like customer service is actually great. We were taking long to order and they were so patient lol. They also have gluten free options that actually taste good. I never realized I lived near by a schlotzkys but this is now going to be my weekly go-to. Highly recommend!!! View menu

Love the food here. It's really frustrating when you are trying to enjoy a meal with the family all you want to do is go inside and do so. Not the case here. They close the lobby at 4 pm who in right mind will close its door to customers. The drive thru is still open, folks. Why take away the option to customers. Do they not want to maintain the cleaningness of the lobby or the restrooms. I don't know, but as a business stand point is would drive away customers.

On Oct 7, 2023 around midday I ordered the BOGO Cinnabon and the young white female totally disrespected me. I told her I had ordered online and she proceeded to the cash register and pull out my receipt order. Then she fixed my order and sat it behind the counter and took the white male order with no problem and failed to hand me my order of Cinnabons I had ordered online. When I asked her about my order she was very unprofessional and handed my order with a attitude. This store is not only rude but has no customer service ethics!Parking: I parked by the dumpster and walked.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
