"Went at 8:45 through drive through, waited and no response, should be open until 9pm. Went around and front door is locked, huh it's only 8:52 now ? I knock and show them to time, it takes a few minutes and guy comes out and says o you have a mobile order ? I said no, but it's not 9pm and we were here 10 mins ago. He says no you weren't. That was pretty rude, but I said yes we were in drive through. He has a very arrogant smirk the entire interaction, then tells me they haven't had a customer in an hour and a half and they turned off the oven a long time ago. Umm wow, ok. I said well can I speak to the manager ? He says I am the assistant manager. Ok I ask can I get your name ? He says I don't have to give you that. Ok. He proceeds to slam door In my face with a smirk. Well it isn't hard to figure out who the taller white assistant manager is, with scruffy half beard, brown hair, wearing blackish jeans, blue shirt and hat, with a tattoo on your left arm closing the store 9-14-23 at 8:50pm. Shame on this establishment for doing business this way and having employees like this, the reviews reflect this. This was my pregnants wife favorite food, and she stood there dumbfounded as the assistant manager walked by waving saying bye bye bye! Well bye bye bye to our business ! Well be in touch with management and owner about this. AVOID THIS PLACE"

There was nothing wrong with the service person. In fact, the hostess was very sweet and professional. However, the wait was about twice as long as expected. I ordered through the take out. We, ordered 2 sausage and pepper calzons. To my surprise, when we opened our sandwichs there was only bread, and 2 sausages in each bread, the rest was like watery , stuff (veggies) . The menu add was deceiving! The food and everything was good and the service was fast, but I don't like that they're asking for tips at the drive-thru now. It felt awkward because I wasn't expecting it and I felt like I was totally put on the spot. It's a fast food place... They aren't waiters.
