"First off, let me say that I love Schlotzsky's. I ordered a deluxe original sandwich but received a regular one instead. I informed the staff of the mistake, but it was not corrected. Prior to our visit, someone had spilled a drink on the floor, which made it hazardous to walk around. Despite warnings from other patrons, the mess was not cleaned up during our entire meal. The restaurant only has a few tables, making it difficult to avoid stepping in the spill. The layout of the store is too small, making the kitchen appear cramped and affecting the level of service."

Food is great! A little on the pricey side for a sandwich? It would be nice if they offered more deals besides the pizza on Wednesday. I deleted the app because you have to spend quite a bit to get a decent reward. I would eat there a lot more if thedeals were better. View menu

Awful service. The dining room closed before 8:00, despite the posted time on the door. No warning sign was put up. Our 6-year-old granddaughter fell and scraped her knee while leaving. Had there been a sign, we would not have left the car. We will not be returning to eat there again.

I enjoy Schlotzsky's, but my husband and I have noticed that every time we visit this particular store, we end up ordering different items and getting charged different amounts for what is essentially the same thing. It seems to depend on who is working that day in terms of pricing and whether our order is correct.

Schlotzsky's is always a great idea for sandwiches. They have been around many years, but they are fairly new to Bartlesville. This location hits all of the Schlotzsky's requirements for quality and service! Terrible service. Order is wrong every time I visit. Have taken home two pieces of bread several times with nothing on it. Return an order and had to pay for a new one. Young man was rude threw cookie on cabinet and then sat what I thought was my order on the other end. No one else inside. Got home to find 7 cookies called and was told I should not have taken it bring it back. Will not buy from this store ever again.

Ordered online from the gluten free menu due to a food allergy. When I got there to pick it up, it was not gluten free because the website apparently still required me to change the default bread to gluten free. I asked to change it and offeredto pay the extra for the gluten free crust. They refused and told me that I would have to buy an additional pizza with itcooked correctly to get what I ordered in the first place. We won 't be back.
