Schlotzsky's - Menu

Not thrilled that they got rid of wheat bread. Will affect he often I eat at Schlotzkys. Normal quality on food though

Very slow, got a sack with our sandwiches a cup of something warm that we didn't order and cookies? Sandwiches were not good. Will not return.

Didnt have the soup I wanted and so they replaced it with another soup. Half full. This store ain't it, dont waste your money. Head to panera, their soups and sandwiches are much better and they customer service is the best View menu

If you're going to be “open” at 7am, be open by 7am. I came by at 7:05 to get rolls for my work. Doors locked, lights off, no one answering the drive thru even though I could see people inside. Thank goodness for Panera next door.

The food I received was amazing and packaged with care. The girl that worked at the cash register was friendly and helpful. When I was finished with my meal I thought this was the best Schlotzkys I’ve been to in Wichita. I can’t wait to visit again. Awesome job!

Why does the GW location suck so bad? I’m sorry but every time I go here my order is wrong. I never get jalapeño cheddar bread. Never. Yet I always ask for it. I get dry overcooked sourdough every time. I have tried this store 3 times. I won’t go back. $20 for 2 sandwiches and they weren’t what I ordered. View menu

Ive been to this location several times. This morning was my last time. The older man in drive thru is so rude. He needs to retire. Would not allow me to speak..kept cutting me off while i was trying to order. Then got nasty when i went to pay at window. I told him to just forget my order. Take your business where you are appreciated. I went to Panara next door.

Dissapointed. It was very difficult to order our food, there was a slight wait (which was ok during lunch). We had to clean our table and steal napkins, so did the other diners. When we got our food, we were missing some items and then noticed our sandwich was wrong. When asked for the additional condiments (lettuce, tomato, onion), that was done almost begrudgingly.

It took over 45 minutes waiting in the drive-through to get my food. It was over 15 minutes before I could even order. Once you're in line you can't exit the drive-through because it's lined with a curb or I would've left before ordering. The staff didn't apologize or even acknowledge the amount of time it took so I don't know if this is just a common occurrence or what. The sandwich was really good but not worth the wait. View menu
