Schooners Grill - Menu

Hey... it's a bar, but food was good and service was friendly. We had shrimp, wings, fries tater salad.

I can't recommend dining at Schooners if Rebecca is in the kitchen. I had the worst meal I've experienced in over three years. They really need to consider letting her go.

The chicken wrap was a bit of a letdown; it was dry and lacking in flavor, despite the generous portion. Overall, it's a decent place. On the bright side, they do serve tater tots! View menu

I dined at this restaurant two evenings in a row, plus I had lunch there, and there's a great reason for that! I truly appreciate this place, the staff, and the other patrons. It's just a short walk from the truck stop, or if it’s raining, only a $5 Uber ride away.

We've been visiting this restaurant for around 11 years, and we think the wings are even better than those at the Irmo location. Our waitress was excellent. Although our most recent visit had a longer wait than normal, it was understandable due to the large crowd. The food consistently meets our expectations, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. Overall, we have no complaints!

Editing review from 3 stars to 5. Ordered take out for 2 days straight, both times were consistent delicious! The staffed worked hard to protect patrons and provided us with absolutely delicious food! Thanking this establishment for it's dedication to community and continuity. This restaurant embodies what you would expect from a neighborhood spot. We visited last night to enjoy the live music and managed to find seats at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and offered quick service. While it wasn’t entirely full, there were enough local patrons around who all seemed familiar with each other. It’s a solid spot to catch a band or grab a quick bite. While it’s not a fine dining venue, the food was quite tasty and the service was excellent. Well the review of not being addressed so far for my experience is not factual. I was in no more than 25 seconds and I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I asked for a cold beer and was ID’d as everyone should be. I asked about any specials or what they are known for. The response was calculated but correct. I was told the wings are the thing here and that truly no one has ordered anything they didn’t enjoy. Very well played as a response goes. Orders the Calbash shrimp in wet Cajun sauce. Let’s see how this goes. I also ordered 6 wings hot Parmesan style. The shrimp app was hot and beautifully presented. My god was the taste to follow. Well seasoned and tossed with a good balance....
