When I walk into an establishment and the owner is standing at the register with a grim frown on his face, and I have to say hello to break the ice, that's a problem. It was only when I mentioned that I was a nurse and questioned his demeanor that he started to treat me as a paying customer and a human being. To add more insult to injury, he had the nerve to ask me for a tip! Maybe I'm missing something. I thought that you give a tip when you receive award winning customer service or if the service was impeccable. Outside of that, the food was excellent. I left a tip. I will not be going back.
