"Tom's customer service isn't very helpful or friendly. I've dined there before and often, but today was unusual. I had an insignificant request (to have my coffee served in a to-go cup) which had been honored without hesitation in the past. Today, for some reason, it seemed like a huge request and was met by several employees with frowns. Then I was given an inflated cost for this item. I requested to speak with a manager who was very sassy with her replies. All in all, it's not worth the trouble. Everything is just okay, and if you don't go on the right day, apparently you won't have a good meal. Skip it."

"I love white castle burger I just can't eat one to show them how much I love them buying at the fall of 30 burger with cheese or a fall of 30 double cheeseburgers, the service is always on time never had to wait a long time to get my orders and greet them king with a smile? and they treat the seniors very well and they get a rabatt something McDonald? a big scream to the workers in white castle?"

"I like this place and the beer is good but the menu is underwhelming. Also positive is the staff was super friendly and helpful and I love the atmosphere. Beer garden looks cool too but we were there in December. As I already said the menu is pretty small. We were there around open, 11 am or so, and they were out of the Buffalo chicken sandwich, the Cuban, and anything with pork. We are living in some crazy, challenging times so I'm sure there is a good reason they were out of that stuff but that makes it tough with an already small menu. We were basically left to decide between a salad, burgers, grill cheese and cheese quesadillas. Also fyi, pop comes in cans. The appetizers were good, small, but good. The curds were better than the pretzel in my opinion. Also, I loved my burger, adding the bacon and egg is is for sure the right way thing to do. My oldest didn't like the sauce on the burger but he's a teenager, what does he know. If you have an eater like that you may want to order without the sauce. The tots and fries were both pretty good. My youngers had the cheese quesadilla and I thought that was honestly pretty good and good size as well. Favorite beer hands down was Here comes the Reaper, but I also thought the Bait n Switch, and Vanilla Stout were very good. Definitely get yourself a flight or two, we'll worth it."

"Heard so much about this place and had to give it a try. This place was featured on chicago best and I honestly had to try what they are calling the best cheesesteak outside of Chicago. So I dove into this sandwich and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The customer service was a 10 there was a sweet polish young lady with glasses on who greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. I ordered the classic cheesesteak 9inches and the turkey hoagie 9inches and an order of fries. The food was don’t in a timely and efficient manner. I got my tray and immediately dove into the fries. I like my fries dipped in mild sauce which is a very Chicago sauce we use for everything. The fries was a 8 out of ten they were amazing and was seasoned to perfection. Then it came time to try the cheese steak which was draped with melted cheese and grilled onions. First bit was like an explosion of the perfect combination of meat cheese onions and peppers it was amazing, after the first bit I can see why this spot is known as the best you can’t find or get no better than this in the area. The restaurant has two tables so most of the orders are pick ups but I did dine in just so I can enjoy the experience. The cheesesteak bread was perfect placed and not soggy it stayed firm and crisp with every bite. Compliments to the chef indeed. Now it came time to try the turkey hoagie and let e tell you from the first bit all I could think of is heathcliff huxtable and his hoagie obsession. This hoagie was a ten out of ten and it’s not even close. This was hands down the best hoagie I ever tasted in life!!!!! Now it was time to take the queen to the dance. I ordered the homemade Italian ice pina colada and lemon and let me tell you besides this pizza spot on Montross in Chicago which I will be reviewing soon this place has the best they are better than them. This was an amazing experience and I recommend this place to anyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"The pork enchiladas were fantastic, and the pico de gallo was incredibly fresh, with tomatoes still in season. The pork tamales were also excellent. Our server, Zochilt, was wonderful; she offered great suggestions and was very attentive throughout our meal. The premium margarita was outstanding and bursting with flavor. I hadn't visited in years, but I'm delighted to see that Raymundo is still delivering an authentic experience."
