Great service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. The restaurant could use some updates, as the menus appeared quite worn. I will definitely be coming back!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The prices are excellent, and the staff is friendly! Our food was served quickly, and they were very attentive. This is definitely one of our favorite places in Ottumwa.

Had the Hotel Hasch. It had hashbrowns with severity and eggs upstairs with bacon. The food was very good and my breakfast was nice and warm. Came in time and the service was good. The first time there and will be good again. If you stop a good breakfast and good atmosphere and try it out. View menu

Quality of the food has went way down the last few times we've ordered. Fries have been cold and overcooked/burnt. Always have to check our order now to make sure all is correct. Unfortunately it's our last time giving it a chance. Used to be a favorite place to eat. Probably good thing it's their last year open. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

"I don't even know where to begin. The service was extremely poor; I wasn't greeted when I arrived and had to seat myself. The food quality was also disappointing. It's hard to believe that anyone could mess up blueberry pancakes, yet they did. The pancakes were simply awful, and the sausage wasn’t homemade. Everything tasted unappetizing, and the blueberries were sour. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5."

My server, Nick, seemed to be in charge of the dining area and provided quick and attentive service. I was impressed that my Reuben sandwich arrived at my table just seven minutes after I placed my order. In less than ten minutes from when I walked in, I was enjoying my meal. The Reuben itself predominantly tasted of beef and bread. The deli-style corned beef slices were quite tasty, complemented by a mixture of Thousand Island dressing and sauerkraut that added a nice punch to the meat. However, a little more sauerkraut and dressing would have helped balance the flavors.
