"The food used to be among the best in Fairbanks, and considering the options available in this town, that means a lot. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end, and it seems we've reached that point. Tonight was my final attempt to enjoy a quality meal here, and it was a major disappointment. I ordered the Thai hot pork pad Thai, but what I received were sticky noodles with overcooked pork, all drenched in burnt pepper. I couldn't finish it; there was no flavor at all, no spice, just charred food. To top it all off, I found a long piece of human hair in my rice dish. We are done with this place for good."

The food is made to perfection. His trailer is off the road a little, but don't be worried he rocks it with a wok. Plenty of choices and all made very well.

The food was surprisingly good for a remote area, full of flavor and delicious. However, we ended up eating about two hours after the food was prepared, which caused the noodles to become tangled together. Despite that, the meal was still enjoyable. I'm very thankful to the owners for their efforts.
