This place is slammed and they absolutely have the best attitudes..things are taking forever but worth it ..A effort by all ..not to mention they found a way to keep the restaurant super clean ..

I ordered a side of fries there was barely anything there . I aslo order turkey bacon club house that was also ridiculous and the lack of fries with that as well. There was hardly any turkey (1 slice)and was just tossed together. Even gave a $5 tip

Stopped in for a Club sandwich and was very disappointed. The bread was hard and literally fell apart. The Turkey was heated and cut too thick and slapped on. The worst club I have ever had. I hope someone shows the female cook how to make them right! View menu

Food was horrible and we had to wait almost an hour for our food and the lobby wasn't even close to full. Definitely overpriced for the portion sizes you get too. If you decide on getting a steak, don't. Ordered rare to end up getting it well done but didn't want to wait another hour. Server was not attentive at all has to ask to get things taken or refills because she just kept walking by.

1st visit was average, but today was awful. Server and food was so bad. Had to ask for plates for appetizer platter, got two negative comments about it from server. Empty water glasses the entire visit. Sandwich bread was old and stale, soup was cold. Wasn't offered creamer for coffee, coffee got cold waiting so long to flag server down to request creamer. Husband's food was quiet delayed from other two entrees being delivered. Fruit was rotten. Server was worse than the food.

Came to the KELSO WASHINGTON LOCATION with my 2 sons and mother. We almost left before walking in due to a giant puddle full of cigarette buts and trash but we wanted to give it a chance. The server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the classic BLT and there was a Hair in it clear as day. The server apologized and I had a new BLT in 2 mins which I thought was very odd and fast. I took 2 bites of the second one and found 2 more hairs. We left without paying this was disgusting. My son and mother who ate half of their food now feel ill so maybe I'm blessed my food had hair in it cause I didn't eat and get sick!!!!! View menu
