"Ok so I loved Sharis and I feel everyone did. I now understand why they are going under. First… look at the pic of the pie I got that cost me 6 bucks. Half my finger in size, about four bites. I got two different types and they both were this size. Second is they have posters everywhere that says, sign up for the rewards program get a free slice of pie. Come to find out you need to wait till the next time you come in but it doesn’t say that anyway. Even the manager said it doesn’t say it anyway. Totally false advertisement. Last… they had no ice cream… totally out. If I was the manager I would have walked across the parking lot to the grocery store and got a tub of vanilla ice cream for the customers. That’s going up and beyond. Overall it just shows why they are slowly going down hill and closing places. Shari’s if you see this, take this experience and the fact the restaurants are not full anymore as a sign you need to make some changes."

The food was excellent, the customer service was top-notch, and the pies were delicious! I dined with my family of five and we spent $130.

For a chain location, the atmosphere and food were ok. I do remember pride loyalty was #1 but now it's not so good..I would stop there again someday.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. The chefs are skilled at their craft and the servers are always friendly and attentive. It's a shame that fewer people are visiting establishments like this. If you enjoy classic American cuisine, Shari's is the place to go.

The pie is a winner! Everything else foodwise is subpar. We got the chicken fried steak dinner: flavor was just ok, the potatoes were actually cold and the broccoli looked dirty. The server was nice, but unfortunately, the service was just ok. Definitely recommend the pie, everything else is a take or leave at any given time. View menu

I used to enjoy going to Shari’s but it is so very cold in there that it isn’t worth it. I’m sure the AC is set so low to keep customers from camping for hours but at that temp I don’t even want to stop in for lunch. Fine for a to-go order. I can only imagine how the elderly feel considering they are prone to running colder. What a way to hustle out your main target demographic.

Went for breakfast/brunch, and the food was ok. Ordered their eggs benefit and was kind of disappointed when the eggs were overdone.. hash browns were nothing special. Had to request another cranberry juice because the waiter refilled our coffee, but my daughter was left lingering... was told there were no refills, but another one would be added. I didn't ask for all the details but would have wished that the delivery would have been different. Customer service could definitely improve... by a lot.. more smiles... more small chat...

I've visited the Shari's on Canyon road. The pies alone get 5 billion stars from me. They are incredibly delicious. I ordered 3 for Thanksgiving and recommend you reserve pies for Christmas if you're looking to go that route. You will not be disappointed!! The rest of Shari's is equally great getting a 4-4.5. I have enjoyed the service and food from my visits there. The menu is similar to other large chain restaurants. I'm an omelet and pancake guy, but the steak is good as well. I've had pot roast, etc., and have never been disappointed!! View menu

It was my first time at Shari’s and it was exactly what I expected it to be. Big plates of greasy comfort food. We all need this once in a while! I was happy that there was avocado with the veggie omelette. My omelette was undercooked though. I enjoyed the hash browns and regretted not getting the stuffed ones as those looked really good. It was nice to be able to have pancakes instead of toast unfortunately I had no room for them at the end. The coffee was very weak. The service was quick and friendly. I haven’t had a chance to try their pie. I would come back for that!

I went to the restaurant with my three children to have a meal because I had a voucher on my Sheries app for two free meals. My children ordered burgers, while I opted for the prime dip. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my choice as I received dry meat in a bun that was quite bland. The dipping sauce had spilled onto my plate and the fries were mediocre. It seemed like the meal had been sitting around for a while. The waiter checked on us once during our meal and brought extra napkins when requested, but failed to refill our drinks. When it came time to pay, I was only allowed to use one voucher for the meal, not the one for a discounted pie I wanted to take home. I later realized that...
