"They charged me 25% over what I expected to pay. When I called, the reason was that it?s going to take months to update their menu online. If that is the case, shouldn?t they give people a disclaimer or a heads-up when they order? To make matters worse, I heard the owner cussing in the background because I called to express my concern and to let them know that they can do better by informing their customers. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that after I ended the call, I literally gave away the food that I was overcharged for. I just think that is poor customer service. If the prices were updated, I would?ve gladly paid it. But when I?m not informed of $10+ increases and then I?m surprised by the bill, that just makes me feel robbed as a customer. So, I give them 1 star (0 stars if I could) because they have poor customer service and I was unable to eat their food after I heard the owner?s reaction. I did not come into your restaurant and beg you for a bite to eat. I literally paid for my food sir. Not good at all, do better."

We eat a lot of middle eastern food and this has to be the best chicken shwarama in wayne and washtenaw county. Best babaghanouj and great lentil soup too!Also GREAT customer service

First time having Shawarma Valley last night and OH MY GOODNESS! I want to go back tonight ? We had chicken shawarma sandwiches and they were so flavorful and the meat was very juicy. If you like the sour dishes, get the feta! I could eat just a heaping bowl of that by itself.

Had this for the fist time and it was EXCELLENT. My husband picked up twelve chicken shawarmas and they were flavorful and priced very well. The baklava was hands down the best I?ve had. Ordered a couple of entrees, when I picked up my food I was told that rice was not included with the meal. When I ordered a large portion, I want to say the shop owner, told the cashier not to charge me. Thank you very much for not charging me for the rice. The next time I come in I'll definitely bring some friends.

This place was great. We were a big group of 9. The food was good. Taste was good and the food was fresh. Pages like rice and fries were very good. Meat was tender and sharp. Portions were very large. We had all the remains. Note many regular come for execution. That's always a good sign. If we're in the area, we'd eat here again.

I recently visited to try two fattoush salads—one with meat and the other with chicken. Wow! They were the best I've ever tasted. The portions were so generous that my husband and I ended up with enough for three meals each. The freshness of the salad, combined with the herbs and the perfectly tender meat and chicken, is unmatched. I will certainly be returning for more. This place never lets me down! Food rating: 5/5. Just left. So full. Food was super good! Got the falafel-hummus sandwich. Also got a spinach pie. Price,quality, quantity, flavor was all top notch. My buddy got some beef wrap with fries that looked and smelled amazing. I don?t live around here but next time I?m in the area I?ll definitely come back! Eddie was super friendly and treated us like regulars even though it was our first time being there. 10/10 recommend Shwarma Valley.

Extremely happy with our stop at Shawarma Valley! I wanted to try the baba ganoush and the chef insisted that not only was his baba ganoush the best but so was his hummus. So we got both and he was absolutely correct. Both of them were amazing! I tried the mixed shwarma with fries and man I would go back for both! The shawarma meat and veggies were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside (which is my favorite) and then dusted with a delicious seasoning blend. The best part was the great atmosphere. You feel right at home with how genuinely nice everyone is. I highly suggest this place!
