"The customer service was slow, as it took them a while to prepare my order. The buffalo chicken fries were large and made with a thick buffalo sauce that seemed to be made from dark meat. The taste had a slight spice that built up with each bite. The Shugga Shack Punch was similar to Kool-aid fruit punch with minimal sugar added. The deep fried twinkies were messy but sweet and enjoyable in small bites. The deep fried snickers were lightly fried and lacked flavor compared to the batter. The suppa philly steak sandwich was massive, filled with steak, lettuce, tomato, and green peppers. The taste was one of the best Philly steak sandwiches I've ever had, with moist and well-seasoned meat. Overall, Shugga Shack is a great sandwich shop with some hit or miss items. A few adjustments to the recipes could improve their dishes, but I will definitely be returning for the sandwiches. Faster service would also benefit them. I give them 3.5 out of 5 stars."

I have charged $4.00 for a red Kool-Aid and called him homemade punsch, my sandwich was pretty good. Save your money.

As a Taurus Steak Supreme SUPER FAN THE SHUGGASHACK is the real deal! That Sweet steak is on POINT! not that sloppy joe that HOTH is slinging! GO SEE THEM! it's great and we will be back!

I grew up eating hoagies from Taurus and have yet to find anything that tastes like I remember UNTIL NOW!! THESE PEOPLE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. My sweet steak and hoagies were AMAZING! DEFINITELY MY NEW FAVE!!!

I was completely taken aback by this restaurant. I had been considering trying it for a while, and it was definitely worth the wait! there is food is good, but what is the point that is possible to have to order her food via the phone. If you're not gone, drop it until I'm here. the point where I called was that I didn't have to wait. I ordered at 4 o'clock and they said 15 minutes. it took 40 minutes. not even I'm sorry for waiting for you

The food is pretty good but the location (University Park) sucks. The day my husband and I went there the plaza parking lot was damn near flooded out and it felt like a ghost town. They do have another location in Sauk village but it's so small and the parking lot is small you might as well ride your bicycle there.
