I absolutely adore this restaurant! If you're in search of a fantastic vegetarian breakfast sandwich that captures the nostalgic vibe of a classic greasy spoon diner (but in a positive way), along with a delicious cup of coffee, this is the spot for you.

I've lived in the neighborhood for years, but I never thought to check out this place for breakfast. Now I'm really regretting that! The coffee is fantastic, the biscuit sandwich is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back—maybe even tomorrow!

Hey, get over to Silva if you’re in the Multnomah Village area. It’s a cart in the French Quarter. Great people, great coffee, great food (you must try the Frittatas! . Organic! Great breakfast especially on the go! Both owners are a joy! Lived in Multnomah village for 6 years and we are still not tired of the vegetarian Jalapeno cheddar biscuit sandwich, Frittata, Acai bowl or pasteris! I have tried out other food carts hear as they come and go but if Silva's left this area I would have no reason to venture to this location.

We have been coming for this food cart for two years and it has never disappointed! The two owners are wonderful. We love the açaí bowl and breakfast sandwiches!! They make it so easy for to go orders, you just send a text with your order and the wait is typically 15-30minutes depending on how busy they are. Love this food cart in our neighborhood- highly recommend!

This restaurant is absolutely MAGICAL! Everything here, from their freshly brewed coffees to their homemade baked goods, is fantastic. I ordered the sandwich featuring sausage, egg, and cheese on a light, fluffy, freshly made jalapeño cheddar biscuit. And to top it all off, I enjoyed a freshly baked blueberry scone straight from the oven! My taste buds are in heaven. Be sure to check this place out.
