"This place is somehow even better than the one on White Horse. It has spectacular service and a clean ambiance. Unlike in the White Horse location, nearly every table can actually look at the fish tanks. The fishes here are also just a lot less violentand wired than the other locations. Either way, enough about that, let's get on with the food. Their portions are generous.Especially any portion involving pasta or baby shrimp. Most fried dishes make for two meals. For dining in, you get all you caneat hushpuppies, which are banging. If you find the fried food too heavy, ask for lemon or use an acidic sauce to cut down onthe fat. This business does what I think most should do, they bring a pitcher to the table so that you don't have to incessantlybother your server. Silver Bay goated mate, Wilver Way"

First time eating there. Wonderful food. Lucas was a great server (Simpsonville, SC). He was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I'm not a seafood fan , but my husband is. He said the shrimp was perfection. The chopped Sirloin steak I had was great. Thanks for a WONDERFUL MEAL. The Bells

Excellent fresh seafood with Outstanding Service Although we arrived just before closing they were happy to serve us. Starting with the hush puppies followed by clam chowder then our main entree of grilled shrimp with baked potato. The service was topnotch. The restaurant was extremely clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this local seafood restaurant

Silver Bay is a beautifully clean and visually appealing seafood restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and always make sure you have everything you need. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is simply delicious. I highly recommend visiting one of their three locations in our area: Simpsonville, Greenville, and Easley, South Carolina. If you're nearby, definitely check it out—you won't regret it! View menu

We had a great experience for dinner recently. Our server was wonderful and did a fabulous job. We felt the menu was reasonably priced and most of our food was good. Some of the broiled items were inconsistently seasoned or inconsistently cooked. Thebroiled perch and shrimp were great; the oysters and something stuffed in a crab shell were strange. I'd be interested to trytheir fried seafood and check out lunch specials.

Silver Bay offers exceptional fresh seafood along with outstanding service. Despite arriving just before closing, the staff was welcoming and eager to accommodate us. We began with delicious hush puppies, followed by hearty clam chowder, and for our main course, we enjoyed grilled prawns paired with a baked potato. The service truly stood out, and the restaurant was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend checking out the menu at this local seafood gem. View menu

The smell of the building was a little off-putting at first however after a few mins you get use to it. My tea was a little old however my soda was good and strong. The hush puppies weren't good to me but my husband liked them. My salad was good and fresh. The waitress was polite knowledgeable and delightful. My entree was delicious. I mean delicious and a nice portion. I ordered the grilled chicken and shrimp with rice pilaf. It was seasoned like somebody in the kitchen knew what they were doing. I plan on going back very soon.

Tonight was our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly staff. Our waitress, Brittney, truly made our experience unforgettable! She was hands down the best and friendliest waitress I’ve ever encountered. Her interactions with us and our whole family felt more like those of a close friend than a server. Our family would like to extend our gratitude to her and the entire team at the restaurant for a wonderful dinner! The food was excellent as well! We can’t wait to return!

"This place has really gone downhill! I used to have breakfast here once a week and at first the food was fairly consistent (I always order the same thing). The last few times I went, which was over the course of several months, the food was AWFUL! I ordered a cinnamon roll that was served still frozen in the center. Customizations we 're ignored. Eggs were raw.. there were issues like these at every visit. But the very last time I visited, every single thing my party ordered was awful. One guest with a dairy allergy was served a dish smothered in sour cream (of course, they ordered it to be dairy free). Before it was even placed on the table, the food runner was made aware that it was made wrong, they apologized, and said they 'd remake it correctly. Several minutes later, they brought out the EXACT same plate of food except most of the sour cream had been scraped off, and from sitting in the back it was now cold. I was appalled! To add insult to injury, another person in the party had ordered a jalapeño cornbread that came out burnt to a crisp. This time, we told the server that it was exceptionally over cooked, which he agreed with, apologized, and said he 'd bring a less well done one . Same scenario this time..a few minutes later, the exact same, burnt to a crisp jalapeño cornbread was reserved to our table. At this point we sent back both dishes and asked to have them removed from the check. Initially the server said they would only to return a moment later saying the manager wouldn 't remove the dishes! The compromise was that we could choose 1 dish off the menu for them to prepare as a to go meal at no additional charge. We stated we just wanted the cost of the inedible food removed, but they firmly refused. When all was said and done, the $25 for food we never even touched remained on our bill. I will never be back!"
