"I really wanted to give this place a 5-star rating, but after getting takeout last weekend, I was disappointed. Since moving to Elon (near Chapel Hill) 4 years ago, I've been looking for a good local Thai/Chinese restaurant to frequent. When I ordered from Simply Thai for the first time this past Friday, I got the pad thai with shrimp. The basic no-meat version was $14, and I was told adding shrimp would cost an extra $6. However, when I received my order, there was hardly any shrimp in the dish. If I had known beforehand, I would have just stuck with the basic pad thai. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I'm not sure if the restaurant is cutting corners by skimping on the meat."

First visit. It won't be my last. The food was great. Table service was good. The restaurant was very clean. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it. It is located at the far end of a small stripe center, so it is easy to miss if you do not look carefully.

This restaurant is very accommodating to vegans and understands their dietary needs. They offer a wide variety of dishes that can be made vegan, such as fried rice, pad see ew, pad Thai, spring rolls, peanut dressing, sweet potato roll, curry fried rice, drunken noodle, and more.

This restaurant has become my favorite after multiple visits with both family and friends. The menu offers a wonderful variety and everything I have tried has been expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The service has also been consistently excellent. I have yet to be disappointed. I have visited this restaurant twice and had great experiences both times. My wife and I loved the sushi, money bags, dumplings, and tom kha soup. The only downside was when I ordered a spicy dish the first time and it was not hot at all, so next time I will make sure to request it extra spicy. Overall, it is a nice little restaurant and I would recommend it.

I’ve been here twice so far. Both times were great. My wife and I really enjoyed the sushi, money bags, dumplings, tom kha soup. On the flip side, the first time I went I ordered a spicy dish and it wasn’t hot at all so maybe I’ll ask to make it actually spicy next time. It’s not the end of the world. Overall though, it’s a nice little place and would recommend it. View menu

The prices are a bit high, but this restaurant is the best option in Asheboro, NC for delicious Panang Curry that rivals the popular Simply Thai's version. The decor is very nice and the restaurant is clean, showing that they take good care of both their place and their food. Although I'm not sure if I will return due to the prices, I was pleased with my $20+ curry on Sunday. You are likely to enjoy your meal here, as the food is excellent!

This restaurant is too expensive for what it offers. However, it is the closest place to get Panang curry that is as good as Easy Asian Thai Restaurant in Asheboro, NC. The price is less than half of what Simply Thai charges for the same dish. The restaurant has beautiful decorations and is very clean. They take good care of their restaurant and the food they serve. The only drawback is the high price - I paid over $20 for my curry on a Sunday. Despite the cost, I will probably return because the food is delicious. Overall, the dining experience was excellent.

"I 've had a couple of issues with this particular location recently. The food has been good but I haven 't appreciated getting a suspicious charge for $43 on my credit card or their not putting everything I paid for in the bag. Last week it was the $43 mystery charge. I went through the drive-thru and bought my daughter a kid 's meal and a sandwich that totaled $11. The next day I looked at my Citi Card transactions online and noticed there were two charges for the day earlier at Chick-fil-a, one for $11 and another for $43, which I immediately disputed. Citi credited my account for the $43 on the spot, no questions asked, which I thought was interesting. Usually, the card providers request details and sometimes even want to talk to you on the phone. This made me wonder if I wasn 't the only one having an issue like this. Interestingly, the $43 charge showed as in restaurant even though I only went through the drive thru that night. Tonight, I returned to this restaurant and ordered the tortilla soup, a sandwich and chicken strips. Neither the requested condiments nor the tortilla chips, which go with the soup, were in the bag. I had to go into the restaurant and stand at the counter for about 2 minutes before the manager finally saw me waving at him. He came over and got me the missing items. No apology or regret, however, for my inconvenience. I guess it 's just acceptable for customers to not get everything they paid for put into the bag. I would encourage everyone to look at their credit card statements carefully."
