"We dined at this restaurant tonight for a memorial benefit, which was graciously hosted by Sir Pizza. I arrived early and was pleased with the atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We ordered pizza, breadsticks with sauce, and drinks, which all arrived promptly and were served hot and beautifully presented. The only reason I did not give it a perfect rating was because the pizza tasted a bit bland. I have been a fan of Sir Pizza for almost 50 years, since its location on Michigan Avenue in Lansing, so I know how it should taste. I also felt that there could have been more pepperoni on the pizza. However, the breadsticks were delicious. The restaurant has a lovely view overlooking the Grand River. Thank you for making us feel welcome and for a good experience overall."

I had a simple request I just asked for my wings to be well done wasn’t done at all so I had to cook them probably 10 minutes myself$25 later I could have got a frozen pizza which I asked for well done rude customer service and nasty food never again I give it no stars ?

I can't understand why people like this pizza the atmosphere of the place is quite unique, but eating itself is sub par best. the pizza tastes just like a cheap torinos frozen pizza. with many much better food in a very short walk I would suggest to eat literally everywhere. View menu

I was traveling and craving pizza, but unfortunately the pizza at this restaurant was overpriced and of lower quality than Little Caesar's. I also had a mixed drink that tasted like it was 90% alcohol, which was very disappointing. I would not recommend coming back to this restaurant.

In the past I reviewed that there weren't toppings to the edge as Sir Pizza has advertised. This is the second review I have left for this location. A few weeks ago, I got a medium pizza at the Old Town location that had little toppings to the edge and had little toppings on the rest of the pizza as well. I got pepperoni, sausage, and green olives. In the center area, there were so few toppings that it tasted like cheese only. After delivery and tip, I spent $22.00 which is way too much money for what I received. I will go to the Lake Lansing location in the future for pickup as they don't deliver to my area. Instead of a one star, I gave Old Town a two star because the people are nice there...
