"My friends and I were craving some wings and stumbled upon Slam Dunk Wingz near the University of Michigan campus. The service was quick, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. The bone-in wings, according to the menu, were fantastic—some of the best I've ever had. If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would! The general manager, Cornelius, was a wonderful host and clearly knows his stuff. We will definitely be returning!"

The lady that took my order was nice and the food was good. But it was a guy in the back taking braids out his hair around food. Hair just flying everywhere. That was the downfall for me.

I purchase 5 piece seasoning wing told them to fry them hard… (they didn’t do) barely put seasoning on my wings. Only ate two wings and put the other in the trash! They’ll never get my money again!!!!!!! View menu

I stopped in to pick up my order and the floor was extremely sticky I notified the on staff employee and she said ok and and proceeded to get my food. The customer service of this location needs some work I will never eat here again.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. We only stayed for about five minutes before asking for a refund and leaving. The place had a foul odor, the floors were in poor condition, and the staff was unprofessional. I would strongly recommend staying away.

Food is pretty good a little pricey but that's all wing spots. The fish was the best and the had everything on the menu in stock. My order was around $75 so I had to pay over the phone. But the young man at the front was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed. View menu

If I could give them a zero, I would. The food was terrible. The chicken wings were so dry and overcooked, and the cheeseburger was undercooked and tasteless. Nothing had any flavor at all. The woman who took our orders had a really unpleasant attitude. It seems like they just don't care about the quality of the restaurant at all.

I only gave 4 stars because the can of Raid out behind the front counter was a turn off and almost made me leave, but the food was delicious as was its presentation. The gentleman behind the counter who took the order was ok, but I'd suggest some customer service skills. He was dry and matter of fact like he was just ready to leave, but thanks for giving our young black men a chance.
