Slim Chickens - Menu

Food was good, or at least the food we got. We'll never know how the rest was because we didn't get it. When I called I was hung up on. I could understand being hung up on had I been rude. That was not the case.

If your looking for quick fast chicken wings and tenders this is the place. We ordered and a couple of minutes after we sat down we got our food. The taste was good and the customer service at this one was great!!!

Absolutely terrible. Got the classic with grilled chicken and unsweet tea via drive thru. The chicken was dry and no taste, seemed to be microwaved. The chicken was at best 3 ounces. The fries seemed to have been soaking in grease, extremely greasy. My first and last visit to Slim View menu

Our first time and everyone was so nice( for them having to work on the 4th of July)! And the food was delicious !!? ?Lindsey L helped us and General Manager brought us our food and was super sweet!! More like slim pickings?. Wasn?t busy for inside dining. Dirty tables, chicken was dry. I asked the girl at the register which sauce is hottest, she couldn?t answer that so I just winged it. Wife?s chicken wings had broken bones and not much meat onthem. The wall decor was cool and that?s about it. Many better options out there. Sorry guys, y?all need to step it up a bit.

First, I want to personally thank Destiny and her friend Tater Tots for personally inviting me to try the food here, which was awesome!! The Chick Meal was amazing and the complimentary Strawberry Cheesecake in a Jar was an unexpected addition. I will definitely stop at this location again when I travel through Amarillo and I highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a good chicken meal served with a smile. BRAVO!! View menu

We stopped here 2 weeks ago while traveling through and again traveling back home and stayed at a hotel nearby. Customer service each time was great! Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was awesome and super clean. We came in last night, it was mydaughter's 5th birthday and came in for dessert. A gentlemen working there took the time to talk to her about her birthday andgave her a chocolate milkshake and it completely made her day. I appreciate the time and hospitality so much. Will definitely beback!

This was our first time eating at a Slim Chickens. It won't be our last.We've seen a few in our neck of the woods but had not yet made our maiden voyage. We were on our way back into town and decided to try one in Amarillo.Delicious! The service at this location was perfect. The young lady that took our order, brought us our food, checked on us and helped us clean up. Talk about doing a complete job. Shame on me for not asking her name so I could give her personal props.The restaurant was clean and I loved the decor. Cool guitars.We will search out the locations closer to home and give them a try. But the next time we're in Amarillo, we know where we're stopping. ?

Why haven 't I reviewed this great spot, yet? We eat here nearly every Sunday when kids meals are free (during the summer) or almost free 1.99 during the school year!Their service used to be hit-or-miss, but the past few managers they 've had certainly brought their A Game back! Destiny H. is our fave, and is an absolute delight to see managing the place.See, I told you we dine here often!
