The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is exceptional. The chicken tenders are perfectly breaded, and the side dishes are delightful. I especially love the fried pickles. The patio is a lovely place to relax, and the games provided are enjoyable for both kids and adults.

I ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were absolutely delicious! The chicken ranch sandwich is incredible, and the fried pies are out of this world! I visited this restaurant for the first time on Easter Sunday. I got the 4 piece meal which was below average, but what really upset me was that once I finished the chicken tenders, I realized they put the chicken tenders in the styrofoam box soon after taking them out of the fryer so it melted some of the styrofoam. I had a stomach ache that night and the following day because I consumed some of that styrofoam.I’ll never visit this place again.

The chicken here is really delicious, and I will definitely return. It's served hot and juicy, and you can tell they prepare it fresh, as it takes about five minutes to come out. Even the fries are quite tasty. I was initially hesitant to visit because I dislike Raising Cane's due to its blandness, but Slim's really impressed me. I tried the Slim's sauce, cayenne ranch, and mango habanero sauces, and they were all fantastic. However, the Oreo cheesecake jar dessert felt a bit overpriced.

The chicken honestly had no flavor whatsoever so ever. It's like they didn't use any spice or flavoring at all. It was just bland chicken. I'd liken this place is like a poor mans canes chicken and I don't care for canes either, but they at least have flavor. Even my daughter didn't care for her chicken and waffles. The tables were dirty and the booth seats looked like they've been eaten by bears. About all I can say that was good is the service, she was very friendly and we liked the strawberry mug dessert. I truly enjoy going here after church on Sundays! Currently, kids eat for free with the purchase of an adult meal, making it an even better deal! The chicken and waffles are excellent, and the chicken alone is wonderful as well. The management is very accommodating; they even helped us find a table when it was really crowded. They waited until we were seated to take our order, which ensured the food would be fresh. I would never have thought of that myself, so I was really impressed that they had a strategy in place to make our visit go smoothly, just as it always does!

Don’t waste your money!We ordered a family meal and wished we had gone to Cane’s or Layne’s. The ranch dressing was the best part of the meal.Tea- We ordered a gallon of sweet tea, but received a gallon of unsweet tea that had a slight raspberry flavor. For this southern, sweet tea loving gal, this was a major first strike.Chicken- Tough and dryMacaroni and cheese- Absolutely awful. Inedible. I tried to add salt and pepper, but that couldn’t save it. It had a strange chemical-like aftertaste. We ate maybe 4 bites of the large side.French fries- SoggyToast- Stale and re-toastedSlim sauce- Ok but nothing to get excited about (Cane’s or Layne’s sauce is way better)

I visited this restaurant on the evening of July 20th and placed two orders: one for the Buffalo wrap meal, and another for the classic, requesting the chicken tenders be tossed in sweet chili sauce. Unfortunately, the fries that came with the wrap were completely unseasoned. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders weren’t tossed in the sweet chili sauce as we had asked, and they didn’t provide any dipping sauce at all. Additionally, the wait time for our order was unreasonable; we stood in line for about 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. This marks the second time we’ve received an order that was entirely incorrect, and I’m really unsure what’s happening in the kitchen. View menu
